“Just left drive thru, new packaging was noticeable right away. The packaging was a refreshing change. I order Jack's Deals tacos. And they are crunchy, my lettuce was crisp and had the perfect amount of sauce. I love it when I can count on consistency each time. I have always driven away satisfied with whatever craving I was experiencing.“
“I've been swinging by for some time now. Kind of late between 12am and 3am. Every time the manager has been there, made sure order was correct and showed me the individual items to ensure accuracy. “I don't really eat out but these days I'm kind of making it my goal to look around food places. Starting with fast food. They were getting busy though. I order online but I didn't go until later so the food got cold. Not sure if they have to do it but thanks for replacing the food with warmer one. Plenty of parking area. I like their tiny tacos. My sister love the spicy chicken burger. I can't really compare food since I don't really eat from fast food chains.“
“I'm usually a drive through customer and some times the walls under the pickup window can be gross. Usually condiment packs exploded as they are run over.Vegetarian options: They sell a dinner salad I enjoy! It's a fast side dish to accompany whatever is served at home!“
“It was about a week ago or so. I went to lunch with my mother. She wanted a pumpkin shake but they said they didn't sell them anymore. My mom was upset but ordered something else. An employee (Marina) came and said she found some of the pumpkin mix and would be able to make the pumpkin shake. This was great because that shake was why we went there. So thanks again!“
“I went and it wasn’t very packed therefore I received my food fairly quickly. The staff was super nice and helpful, and they were quick to help me out. They also greeted me inside and when I left. Super good experience and super nice people. Recommend especially after your done with your classes (since it’s near Fresno city college)!“
“Always tell me items are not available . I feel like they just don't want to make them so they say they it's not available . And when that's not the situation . I get food that's been on the heat rack a bit too long . Or fries have been reheated a few times . .why advertise new items if not available . This store needs better management in my opinion .“
“The food was good and the restaurant was clean but we were left standing in line for quite a long time. We were the only people in line to order and were there at least 5 minutes waiting to order. There were only 3 cars in the drive thru, and the staff was solely focused on drive-thru orders. Two other people showed up inside and waited behind us. One individual got tired of waiting to be helped and walked out. It's not really a big deal, but putting off dine in to only help drive thru is not the best approach to keep people coming back. Once we were helped, the cashier was very friendly. Overall not a bad experience, but perhaps they could focus on dining in the same as drive thru orders.“

“The food was great the workers were great. It did take a little long for our food, and it ended up coming in bags, even though we told them it was to eat there. There were homeless people frequently walking by, and didn't feel very safe, but it's on a main thoroughfare in a semi large city.“
“We arrived tired. They let us in even though we were a few minutes late. After taking our order, we left happily fed. Unfortunately, there isn't a Jack In the Box in our state.
