“First time visit to this location. I ordered the new Jack's classic chicken wrap. This chicken wrap was very good much better than many of there competitions. The service was good, and the staff at the front counter were polite. This is a new location so the place was clean, and nicely designed. A little hard to find, but worth the extra effort.“

“When I first walked up, the guy cleaning the windows outside was really nice. Then I went inside and the guy cooking at the grill smiled and nodded his head at me. The 2 cashiers were so nice with genuine smiles. I've never come across a brighter more uplifting character than Kylie. Give her a raise or a vacation or something. Props to whoever hired these people and built this team. Obviously the oreo milkshake and grilled chicken salad were delicious. The aesthics of the restaurant cleanliness and the food, especially the milkshake were on point. Sara is the nicest manager with the best customer service and knows how to run her team, hands down! Multiple visits to this place, because of them.“
“Fantastic start to the newest location in Visalia. Jacob at the window, you rock! Excellent customer service from everyone here! We came around 11:00pm on a Sunday and it wasn't too busy. I've seen and heard this location has been packed! Thankfully we were able to order, grab our food and leave within less than 10 minutes. Food was fresh, very good and better than some of the other locations in town. My bacon ribeye burger was good, but here's the thing. My issue is with Jack In The Box, not the staff here. That burger is not worth 15 bucks for a medium combo! It's the size of a cheeseburger off of the dollar menu! Flavor was good, but definitely not worth the price! Stick with an ultimate or even a jumbo Jack. Jalapeño poppers were nice and spicy, Diet Coke was perfect! Ambiance is definitely different yet the same. This being the first drive thru/walk up only Jack In The Box in town is very cool! It's a two lane drive thru which makes it very efficient! Overall a perfect first time coming here and I hope they can keep the hospitality and the quality coming! If they can, they got two new customers! I'll happily come here over any other location, it was that good all around!“
