“Hello, I don't know about day shift employees, but the night shift employees do an amazing job with the food. I mean wow they know what they're doing! They deserve a lot of respect!! The service is quick and the food is always on point! I have stopped by this place in the drive thru at night anywhere between 10pm and midnight several times and it's always 10/10! keep up the good work!“
“The lobby opening at 6am is very convenient. I usually buy lunch menu items in the morning and they have my order ready quickly. The staff are very polite and make sure you’ve been helped. Their app is a great way to save money with offers and discounts. Food always fresh. Very clean and organized.“

“The food is sooooo good. I got the Jack's spicy chicken sandwich and it was soooooooooooo scrumptious. Perfect and delicious in every way. I usually don't like tomatoes but they taste good on it. The fries are yummy and so is the ranch :)!! My friend ordered the #16 chicken teriyaki bowl and she said it's scrum-dittly-umptious. She recommends getting a side of teriyaki sauce! She also ordered the egg roll and she said it was greasy this (good greasy don't worry). Then we also ordered jalapeño poppers and those were delish as always. The service was good and my friend said the worker was super cute. The ambiance was very put-together and professional.“
“On the days that the guys work the window don't expect even a 2 star experience. But the days the girls do it's five star experience. “Stop for a quick bite to eat at lunch time. On a time crunch so we decided to stop in. Service was quick and friendly. Good came ready pretty quickly. It was prepared correctly and was very hot. The only bad thing was the restroom. It had those stupid push down for water and wear not working properly. So you had to do your best to scrub up, quickly press with one hand and rinse other one. Then there are no paper towels. And it is these weak air dryer that you will eventually give up and let the drip dry.“
“I like this place, but sometimes the crew can be too slow; I like to think that's because there's a lot of customers during the day. However, this also happens at night when there's not that much of people, also I'll recommend you to check the orderder before you leave the place because it could be wrong.“
“I enjoyed the food it was prepared well, they did make one of the burgers incorrect so we technically didn't get the burger we ordered. It was still a good burger though. The service was questionable. I'm sure it doesn't happen often but my order was lost in translation I got half out the window and they thought they handed it all out and the cars started piling in behind me. When they came up confused I let them know I was still waiting on the other half of my order which scrambled them more because they couldn't remember what half of the order was handed out already. They were all very calm and patient which made the entire situation much better. I could tell the manager may have been frustrated due to lack of team work and efficiency throughout the team but they pulled through. So all in all even with some of the chaos that I'm sure the cars behind me didn't experience except the having to be patient part. It was a good stop and great food for fast food.“

“Pretty badass. We came around 3am. I got the sourdough breakfast combo. Sandwich was fresh and hot, tasted good, hashbrown was crunchy and hot. “I'm like a food critic, and I came from Alaska, and I came to this place from a Local Person who recommended this place. I have massive high-quality taste buds for food and more on the menu to try out. The Bacon Double Smash Jack Combo and they Jumbo Egg Rolls are by far the best I've tried in Bakersfield so far since I've been here for about several month, and the customer service(Jiorge) is well mannered and helpful with a warm smile greeting, I'm a BIG fan of bacon and sauce flavor, and the Burger tasted just like eating it homemade or at a backyard bbq hangout as it should taste and unique sauce flavor that I really enjoyed with the fresh drop curly fries, and the beverage was refreshing. Overall very fulfilling due to the massive portions?, so what I tried so far was a perfect massive portions for the right price to have a happy belly of enjoyment. If you wanna enjoy they food indoors or your in a rush on the Go, then park and come inside or walk here or drive and enjoy the amazing atmosphere they have and the clean environment while dining in or drive through. They also have condiments to get or ask for. I highly recommend them for when you're hungry or family dine in or if you're in a hurry. Wonderful experience here and I'll be for be sure coming back for more and other food to try out on the menu.
