I recently visited Jack in the Box and had an outstanding experience. The customer service was top-notch, with the staff being friendly and attentive. Not only that, but the speed of service was impressive – my order was ready in no time. The combination of great customer service and fast delivery of delicious food earns Jack in the Box a well-deserved 5 stars in my book!
I got charged extra, got my order messed up not what I requested employee with headphones seems like not understanding what I was saying cashier KID looked lost is ridiculous plus got overcharged even though I told him that my meal should be a different price he still charged my card wouldn't go back I wanted to get my money back but didn't had time is was just upsetting.

They are decent most of the time. I would give another star, but they have an intermittent issue with their diet Dr. Pepper tasting awful. for what they charge for drinks, I expect consistency and for it to, at minimum, taste like what it is supposed to be. I don't know it their "choose your own flavor" machine is adding the wrong syrups or if someone isn't cleaning, but it tastes like it has other flavors in it. I took a point off of atmosphere only because of frequent panhandlers.
