“I UberEats June 28th around 1020p and when you select popcorn chicken it only lets you choose some good good dipping sauce. I had to click onion rings and then a sauce option for onion rings. Once I selected the one sauce for onion rings the other sauces grayed out. Therefore I was unable to get the two sauce I wanted for my popcorn chicken through the side dish sauce selection. So I searched where I could buy extra dipping sauce and there was no options on the ubereats Jack in the box menu. I hit help and Uber said to call restaurant. I called and the lady who picked up said I chose honey mustard and could have chosen more on app for purchase. I told her there was no option to purchase more. She claimed there was options to purchase them. She said she would notify someone of what I mentioned but I doubt she did. Hopefully my review gets read and the menu can be updated so people have the option to pay for the sauces they like. Eating is an experience to be enjoyed with the right components for me that is the right sauces with my popcorn chicken.“
“When I was a teenager I delivered newspapers. One Sunday morning I was hungry while delivering papers, I saw a Jack in the Box, so I stopped in to eat.I was sick all morning. I don't know if it was the food or what. But I swore to myself I would never eat there again. Anyway the food was good ? the other day when I ate there. I think I'm going to give Jack in the Box another chance.“
“Employees here are very kind and work hard. Fast workers as well, I do door dash and they are super quick. They offered me a grilled cheese since I’m vegetarian. Trying for the first time. Excellent service and tables are not dirty.Vegetarian options: Grilled cheese, fries and a soda great price kids meal“
“Other than the system update that happens every day between about 4am and 5am so no orders can be taken this place is good. There are one or 2 people who you have to repeat yourself for because they just aren't paying attention to you. Food is good, line is usually pretty fast and not terribly busy for drive thru.“
