“This has got to be the friendliest and welcoming Jack in the box I've ever been to. From the moment my family and I stepped in the front door we were greeted with smiling faces and everyone was just so nice and everyone had a smile on their face, very positive vibe!!!“
“I believe that when you have these workers on a timer, many mistakes are made , especially when there's a lot of customers. Double-checking the food before it comes out is important.Sometimes we are on a lunch break and cannot go back.And when you're being rushed , you we check our food ourselves, You have some great teriyaki bowls 2 times I asked for Brown rice and when I got home. It was white rice in them. Another I asked for the extra protein there was no extra protein. when I went back to get the the correct bowl it had white rice in it. My advice would be for the employees to double check the orders that are coming out, if you guys don't want us at the the drive through to check ourselves. Fast service doesn't give better service.. And if people ask for specific things, it's because either they're diabetics, maybe they don't like the flavor or something or is allergic to an ingredient or condiment, this is where you got it to be careful..“

“5 stars for Armando, who ran outside not only once, but twice with food that the drive through left out of my bag, even after they repeated the order! I had already exited the drive thru, and he ran out to the parking lot with a bag. Then not even a minute later, ran back outside as I was already out of the main parking lot with a muchie meal they forgot! He ran so fast, and I appreciate him very much. Give the man a raise!“
