“Me and my wife went on a date to thrift store shop. We got hungry and popped our heads in here. Some of the best food I have ever had. So glad we stopped. Beyond good, moist chicken, flavors I’ve never tasted, extremely recommend this place.”

Not the best ever, but probably the best in the AV.I suggest the sandwiches and a side of empanadas.Definitely make a reservation or order for pickup on the weekends. The walk in wait time can be over an hour.Parking: Parking spots are tight for a 1 ton pickup or a long bed pickup.”

“Delicious food and great service. I only tried this place because some evil demon cut me off at the El Pollo Loco drive thru. It proved to be a blessing because my sopes de asada were fantastic and fresh. The asada is quality asada, which is very rare to find. I will definitely go back.”

“I barely got off a 10 hour shift. I really wanted something homemade/fresh I don’t like fast food. Came here got pork with chili verde. It hit the spot not to spicy and the meat was really soft. My buddy got enchiladas and he said the sauce taste homemade. It might not be the prettiest place, but u can sit have a nice meal and enjoy it. Perfect! Coming again! People are friendly as well come and try the food! It’s ?!!!!!”

“This place definitely deserves more reviews and people is so good and amazing I had never in my life ate something different as this restaurant everything is so exotic and different from the other African restaurants and the food taste AMAZING I will never go to the other African restaurants but this one, unique, special, different and tasty the drinks are also different! staffs are extremely friendly, the ambient is fun with many things to watch and fun music from their country and costumer service is fast too! Everytime I go here it makes me happy and want to dance haha, the portions are a great amount so they make sure you get full! “Another Evening at work on a Thursday, Another food adventure with my Coworker Katia. She didn't wanna be eating anything unhealthy so she chose to have a smoothie and I tagged a long to have a Açaí bowl which I use to get all the time when I stayed in Northridge we had one on campus and it got me right EVERY time! So I went ahead and ordered one and it was my absolute favorite ! I love how cute they are with the presentation because like me it matters! I knew the moment I seen it I had to take a nice picture ! I forgot to get a picture of my Coworkers drink but she drank it in like 5 minutes. It was a kale green looking smoothie and she loved it. We decided this may be a tradition from now on !”

“Best chicken spot in town! I’ve been a frequent customer of Pepper House ever since they first opened. I usually get either the two tenders hot or a smash burger xtra hot. And for a chicken restaraunt, they know how to make a fire smash burger too! The staff are super cool, especially Freddy and Mohammad. Every time I go here, the food and service is always knocked out of the park. The food is a biy pricy, but you get what you pay for. And the hot chicken here is the best Nashville hot chicken over ever had. Even compared to Dave’s Hot Chicken. Particularly because DHC can be very greasy sometimes. One more thing, if you do get the xtreme chicken, it is very very spicy. It’s almost hard for me to handle even though I love spicy food LOL.”

“Went during the week at lunch time and wasn't busy at all. Service was fast and friendly. Refilled drinks quickly. Chips, salsa and beans were complimentary and those were also refilled quickly. Ordered the Botana de Mariscos, which was okay. Not that good for the price. Only one small shrimp of each kind and lots of octopus and tomatoes on the one tostada. The avocado which they give you alot of also, was very good and fresh though. They do not carry tartar sauce for the fish or shrimp :/ and the cocktail sauce is more like a ketchup. My husband ordered the Carne asada torta. He didn't like that the cheese was just a thick cold chunk.. I will have to go and give it another try ordering something else, maybe?”

“This was the first restaurant we fell in love with, when we moved to the area several years ago. It has remained our favorite. We appreciated the authenticity of the menu and preparation as well as consistently fresh and delicious fish. The quality of the fish and their menu in general rivals the best sushi restaurants in Los Angeles. We loved chef Masa, and were very saddened by his passing. He brought talent, dedication, passion, and commitment to his craft. We are so happy that his wife Mika is carrying on the torch. She and her wonderful staff are ensuring that the patrons are getting exceptional dining experience in the AV. They are thoughtful, caring, and kind. The sushi continues to be top notch. My husband and I, as well as our 6-year-old daughter, recommended it highly!”

“Great Italian food ? for a chain store. It's a hit and miss on if you're going to get fresh bread with your salad or if they are hard as a brick. My goto is the eggplant or lasagna. Lunch is the best value for your money as it's normally about 6 dollars cheaper than the dinner price and it's the same size serving.”

“Had a couple of tacos (chicken and carnitas) for lunch, which included rice and beans. After ordering, I was served freshly made tortilla chips with 2 different salsas, salsa roja and salsa verde. All of it was amazing. The sauces had a good spice to them.These were the best tacos, rice and beans I have ever had. Everything was so tasty but very light at the same time. It wasn't overly seasoned but was delicious and flavorful.The atmosphere is fairly basic, but that is part of the charm. This isn't your regional/national chain mexican restaurant. They have bright, vibrant colors on the walls. I would call this a "whole in the wall" place, and it was totally worth it. I would absolutely go here again!”

“Forget Panda. The portions here: huge. The food? Spot on delicious. How the orange chicken is the best ever I do not know. The kitchen is a secret but they often shout orders through a loudspeaker in what I can only assume is Chinese. So this is the real deal. The bbq pork took me back to my youth. The wor wonton soup is ridiculously delicious. Love this gem tucked in the corner of the Walmart parking lot.”

“Party of 5 tonight, Breakfast is good there, but dinner is the worse. Bourbon chicken , the chicken was so stringy that two people ordered, One ordered a steak can could not eat it .. It was also lousy, one ordered a fried chicken house salad and was really not happy with it and another ordered Salmon dinner and ate it because he was really hungry but said would never eat there again..We paid the bill and left a $20,00 tip as it was not the waitress fault that it was all so bad.. we are so through with Denny's”

Jocelyn was so rude to us that she didn't even let the card process at the drive through pulled it out early and told us our card was declined and we asked her to run it again and she just rolled her eyes at us and closed the door. From the start of our order at the speaker. She sounded extremely tired and annoyed with our order. We tried to go slow and make sure everything was accurate. We did have a large order for 6 people. When we got to the first window to pay, she was extremely rude and was taking someone else's order. At the second window, we let the lady know about how rude their service was from the lady who took our order. And she stated that she would speak to her. But this is not the first time we've had an issue at the drive through, inside ordering is much better I have to say.”

The tacos were just amazing, my daughter ate her meal and ended up snagging one from me and she loved the tacos too. The wrap was good plenty of chicken and lettuce, just the right amount of sauces. Everything was packaged well and we didn't have to wait forever for our meals. Soda machine was out of Dr pepper and the staff near by heard me say it was out and went to replace it quickly before I could even ask. I waited for them to do what they had to do and a short time later I got to enjoy a nice refreshing drink from a properly cleaned machine. The staff here definitely deserves praise because they are well trained and delightful. The physical location is dragging the whole experience down because it needs to be updated.”

“Saw it on Cupcake Wars years ago & My Mom, Daughter & I went ordered a few different ones & they were all FABULOUS. Then, in January 2024, we were celebrating my Mom's 85th & my Grandsons 1st Birthday in Palmdale, so my daughter wanted to do cupcakes from Nadias. What a great idea. We were able to get a variety & a slightly bigger cupcake for the Birthday Boy. They were just as good as we remembered. My favorite on both times I visited was the Cheesecake with fruit & the lemon cupcake. All were very good though.”

“Found this gem on wheels while visiting Lancaster CA. The tamales are authentic, fresh, hot, and loaded with good stuff. The chicharrón tamales are a must try! They are spicy and so delicious. The menu has a variety of mouth-watering items to choose from. Friendly customer service. I will definitely return when I'm in the area.They are there till sold out. Sundays, they have menudo on the menu. Food is ordered to go, and there is no outside seating available.”

Their bacon cheese fries, not the best but still good and their baked potato with cheese and bacon. Now that was good. Total cost under 20 bucks.”

“Came here for breakfast since they open at 10am and I was not disappointed. The food was amazing! I got the dumpling noodle soup with beef, tonkatsu ramen, chicken fried rice, and egg rolls! And let me say, wow!! Everything was simply delicious! Got an espresso as well which definitely helped me jump start my day. Would definitely recommend coming here!Parking: Lots of space available.”

Food is made fresh to order, so be patient and best to order ahead. Service again is warm, friendly and you feel like a home cooked Thai meal. I would rate them in the top 5 of my favorite Thai restaurants, which those that know Thai, award winning Jitlada in Hollywood is my #1 spot. So, for them to be in top 5 means something. “This place is 20/10 customer service is phenomenal! I ordered a burrito steak (Carne Asada ) with everything. I got my order in standard timing . When I got to my car to eat it the first bite I knew this was authentic!! I came back to buy another one same way for my brother and he called his son and told them about the burrito and I went back in for a 3rd burrito! This place is it ok !! Must try . I'm from Chicago Illinois and we are big on food quality . You can tell that steak was authentic! I will be back again trust and believe.... the guy at the register was phenomenal thank you for your service sir.!! “Sunday 11/19/23 1pm staff was excellent; burgers and sweet potato fries and jalapeño cheddar fries, awesome; Absolutely delicious burgers! Sliders are not what they were 5+ years ago, but depending on which you get and what you add, it may be good or great. Wagyu beef burger was perfect. The best for me, however, was the large Spanish burger WOW!!! The place is super clean and very nice to sit in. Would easily return.”

“I can't stop talking about this place! My son and I tried the Palmdale Mahli's twice now and was pleasantly surprised by the differences from the Lancaster location. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted kindly by staff. The restaurant chairs are much more comfortable and the lighting is more ambient. It was nice for a lunch time meal. As soon as you are seated, the staff brings you iced water with cucumber and complimentary lentil soup. My son wasn't a fan of the lentil soup, but I really enjoyed it. We ordered the samosas, mango naan, chicken curry, and the tea. The meal was amazing! The tea is piping hot but the flavor is my absolute favorite!! Its creamy and so delicious. My son ordered a mango Lassi togo and it was the perfect sweet treat for after our meal. Overall, the wait staff is way more attentive and friendly. Be sure to grab some of the little sprinkle candies on the way out. They are a candy coated licorice and are a perfect sweet crunch as you walk to your car. Go check them out!”

But like all great hidden gems don’t judge a book by its cover, this Thai restaurant has some fantastic curries, appetizers, and desserts. The stuffed-crust pepperoni pizzas and cheesy bread were delicious and portion sizes were good. What prompted me to leave this review is the excellent customer service I received on both occasions. On Halloween night, I had 4 different employees ask me if I needed help as I waited for my order from the kiosk, and the employee I encountered yesterday was very nice as well. The menu has a variety of mouth-watering items to choose from. Friendly customer service. I will definitely return when I'm in the area.They are there till sold out.
