“First time here. Coming home from Acton, looked up breakfast burritos and saw this place with amazing reviews.... Well deserved. I got the breakfast burrito and it was delicious! This isn't exactly close to home but definitely worth the drive for good food and service.
Tl;Dr - Come here and give them your money!!!

“Today was my first time ever visit to Five Guys and it wasn’t disappointing. I was acknowledged and greeted right away while I was still entering through the door (I like that!). Young lady that was taking my order literally made my day. Knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Considering diminished excellence of customer service in Palmdale, she was a real gem. And if management read these reviews, I suggest she should be employee of the month. Unfortunately they didn’t disclose the name, but she is the most joyful there, young lady in glasses.
The little bacon hamburger was tasty and fries were one of the best fries I ever ate. They are little pricey, but they taste so good!
I usually don’t eat at fast food places, but this is the place where I would go next time I have craving for hamburger and fries.

“10/13/24 - Revision. I brought my family into the mall and wanted them to enjoy the same service Mohammed offered me and with his absence, I was left disappointed. Food was still really good!

The noon shift, Sunday. I ordered food for my family and a drink. I was offered toys for my daughter, but I wasn't too happy waiting on a drink thirsty, during the wait preparing the meal. I also wasn't very happy being served a cup full of ice, by the employee. I can understand no refill, but if your going to max a cup out of ice and pour little drink and when asked if you offer refills, getting laughed at while shaking your head "no" to make my feelings feel at ease probably isn't something you should be doing to a customer who pays for a fountain drink that's costly. There is no need for profit gain on soft drinks, and cutting corners to the customer. It's not courtesy. I hope and wish it was a one time mistake bc I do like the service Mohammed offered. It's not fair for others to not offer the same. I walked off and bought a soda from the other vendors.

“Drive thru for a milkshake and a cheesecake. Both were excellent..Update,,had to drop you to a 4 rating, lets taco bout it.. Stopped in for some tacos cuz we loves us some Jack tacos. We order alot of tacos, usually. 20-30 if all the kids are eating. But, since this was our first time here for food, and It seemed rather busy, lunch rush...only 14 tacos, ex lettuce, ez sauce, cup of ice water and and a single egg roll, w/ sweet n sour.Always order, extra lettuce, ez sauce!We are used to parking in front and waiting since a lot-o-tacos take time as does the egg roll to fill our order. Didnt wait long but when we got home. WOW .. , not in a good way!Ver lttle. $¢ Little lettuce, dripping with sauce. And Im talking dripping. And how they managed to make the shell so hard, while the bottoms were stuck to the service envelope ripping open when we tried to eat them .Let me say this, although eating these tacos was the toughest challenge of that entire day.,and the special order mistake, they tasted fabulous, and thats right, we still ate every last one of Jacks tacos.Just because it wasnt perfect didnt mean it wasnt good. It just meant, we love Jacks tacos so much, it is so worth the extra effort. I didnt call for new tacos, and I didn't complain about lack of lettuce, or doin the backstroke through sauce.I am sayin, the order was correct on the screen. Maybe back of the house should take an extra 2 seconds to look at the order. Take an extra 2 seconds.(see you just took an extra 2 seconds and read the same line of text)And the probability of special orders having mistakes, is reduced immensely. We have not given up on you Rancho Vista Jack. We will be back, to taco bout more tacos.!SOON!!II would recommend specifically the Homestyle Chicken Ranch Club. “Great food ( My chicken fingers are better) but great for a resturant. Everything was top notch including Angel and Aspen two employees who show what a great and friendly work ethic should be. They made us feel welcomed and my kids loved it. Great atmosphere and music.

“This has got to be the friendliest and welcoming Jack in the box I've ever been to. From the moment my family and I stepped in the front door we were greeted with smiling faces and everyone was just so nice and everyone had a smile on their face, very positive vibe!!!“

“You order at the counter with a real person. They keep this location remarkably clean. They bring your food out to where you're sitting when it's ready. They don't charge extra for dipping sauce. The staff is really friendly. I really couldn't ask for a better fast food experience.“

“I ordered from one of the kiosks. Food came out quick, order was accurate, and person that brought food was nice. The food seemed more bland that normal (Baja Blast was on point though lol). The restaurant was generally a mess. The garbage was overflowing, the area around the soda counter was gross and obviously hadn't been cleaned up in a while.I will go back, at some point, but this is not a good representation of "Taco Bell".“

“Always clean. Quick service. Sometimes they run out of things but only on a rare occasion. last time they had no shrimp and I love their Shrimp tacos. Those are some big filling tacos. Great taste no sauce needed. But I do enjoy they're sauces. I go inside so I can enjoy my meal right away. Can never go wrong with a taco salad. But then again, I've yet to have anything I disliked on their menu. Good eats.“

“Best Mexican in the AV!! Hands Down!! This Taco Bell reminds me of Taco Bell used to taste when I was a kid. The food tastes Phenomenal. I know it's fast food but at this location it tastes like the workers make your food with care. They're not stingy with the meat that they provide on their tacos and the items are properly put together not just thrown together. The staff and the manager are extremely nice and friendly.“
