The cashier saved me. I have a new phone and I forgot to download the app. It was a very busy afternoon, and the cashier still managed to go above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I saved money and I received my order in a timely manner and the chicken was hot and fresh off the grill. I enjoyed my favorite sides and the service I received today thank you El Pollo loco see you soon. I love you ❤️
I used to come here and enjoyed the good food at good prices but they seemed to have unexpectedly closed down the location. What happened?
Fast food keeps getting more expensive so I won't comment on price but as far as service and tasty 😋 food goes I give it a 10
