“They have truck parking. Very friendly for truckers. The owners are extremely thoughtful. I had a plate of birra with rice and beans. Easily one of the best I've had in a good minute. The salsa is also great. Didn't get a chance to try to hot salsa though.“

“This place is an amazing hidden gem. A little tricky to find where it is hidden in the corner but very worth a drop in. Ordered the spicy machaca plate with corn tortillas. The meat was perfectly cooked and the vegetables that were mixed in made the dish! The corn tortillas were so fresh and crisp.

Because that was so I good I had to order the tamales. Got the chile and cheese and pork. Sooooooooooo good!

This place will be in my rotation! Definitely a most try.

“Not from the area just wanted albondigas (meatball soup) not a lot of places had it by my hotel so I came here. Honestly wasn't sure at first service was a little slow but they were just opening up, chips and salsa were good fresh and salty, the glass of water had a funky tap water taste but not enough to ruin the meal which was delicious 👍 got a side of rice with it during the lunch special came out to 13$ and I had left over rice to take back. If I'm ever out here again I'm coming back for another bowl“

“We wanted some authentic tacos and we found them in this taco truck in the east side of Palmdale.
We ordered some Alpastor, suadero, lengua and asada, they all were very tasty, I found my pastor and suadero a little in the dryer side, but with that red spicy salsa, hasta los mocos se me salieron, so that made it for me, not to mention the agua de horchata, sweet and refreshing.
All that made a nice experience, so we will gladly visit again for more delicious tacos.

“Indoor dining is great. Medrano’s still hasn’t learned how to pack a go order. The soup lids are so flimsy that if you put more than one on top of the other one, the lid breaks and spills soup. Then, if the chips are packed in the soup bag, the bottom of the chip bag gets wet. When you try to get the chips out, the bottom of the bag rips and chips go all over the floor. This isn’t the first time this has happened. This will be the last time. The other place I eat wraps plastic around the whole soup container, so if the lid does break, the soup still stays in the holder.“

“The workers are very polite and very talkative! The food doesn't even take 15 minutes, wait is literally zero minutes, very quick pace and delicious authentic Mexican food! Large portions for a good price, very wide variety of a menu and autism friendly. Moderate music, low lights, low stimulation and patient workers that make sure that you are enjoying the experience. 10/10! 💚🤍❤️🦅!“

“The food is good, they actually condiment the meat. The service was good, they explained what the food contained, but they were a bit stingy with the salsa. The atmosphere was ok, it was hot and there was a lot of smoke. They just opened up so I'm assuming they still have to get the a/c situated and a vent for the smoke. I feel bad for the workers. I was ready to get out of there due to the heat.

(Update: they finally got the ac running. The adobada tortas are delicious and the molcan was crazy good. I've never tried anything like it. The only downside is that you leave smelling like smoke.)“

“This is a food truck. The burrito was huge, and it tastes great. I didn't have any issues with that. The price, I don't know what the prices were because there's no prices listed which was an issue for me. I ordered four steak burritos with everything on them, 1 order of steak fries and the barria taco combo, it was 94.00, I'd like to know how much things cost and not just get told what the final price is.
There was plenty of parking in the parking lot next to where the truck is parked.The customer service could have been better. I felt like an inconvenience more than a paying customer. My food was delicious.I had a burrito with everything on it steak because they don't sell chicken only steak. The barria taco combo which is what I ordered for my grandson came dissected, so it was the beans, rice and steak in the container and the tortillas in foil. Everything stayed hot until we got home. Which was great. My grandson likes the taco already prepared; So he can just dip it into the sauce, he said it was delicious, But he didn't have the experience of dipping the tacos, because he didn't want to put them together, and also, he didn't like the sauce, so next time I will not get that item for him at that particular truck. My granddaughter ordered fries. Which came with steak, cheese, beans and some other toppings. She loved it. She said it was delicious and a lot of food.So she was able to save some for the next day. If you love a good steak burrito with everything on it. This is a great truck because my burrito was delicious.“

“Wow!!! This food was AMAZING and AUTHENTIC!!! I had the birria taco with guacamole!!!! Amazing homemade tortillas with slow cooked roasted beef …. It was actually super healthy! I loved it!!! This is a place you can eat at, but it’s a little small and dark inside. But, You can eat outside too.

I usually take it to go! The food is soooo good and the price is very inexpensive!!! Go and experience tasty Mexican food.

Be sure to tell everyone where it is located. It’s not easily seen by the street. But totally worth the money and quality!!!!“

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but Hot Chili Grill & Bar in Palmdale deserves one. I’ve been coming here a while, and the food has never disappointed. The asada fries and nachos Always hit. Burritos are solid too, not skimpy on the meat like some places. Everything’s flavorful, filling, and consistent. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. Definitely one of my spots when I’m craving something good.“

This small family business is probably the best Mexican food I've had in the AV and I'm shocked no one is talking about this place. There new espresso machine with signature drinks omg. I just went back and still obsessed. We got tamarind and jamaica agua fresco. Which were really good! He got chicken tacos and chicken torta and I got chicken enchiladas with green salsa but I poured red all over it. I love a combo. The tortillas are made fresh by hand, everything taste amazing.“

Michelada was a little off but overall food was good, Ony downside is the portions, I tried getting a Tostada Aguachile and they only sell you the order (Large) and Tacos gobernador you can't purchase 1 or 2 it has to be the order with 3.. I still ordered everything but had some Aguachile left over lol.“
