“This place is great! Situated in a little strip mall, this little Mexican restaurant is worth trying. It's not very big, but make no mistake, it's not a fast food place, it's a sit down restaurant. It has very cool decor, clean and well kept. The food was delicious. Everyone in my party was super happy with their food. I ordered the fajitas... Delicious! Other parts were; carne asada plates - delicious! Came with two pretty good size steaks, chicken mole enchilada - delicious! The taquito plate and the fish plate, also delicious. It should also be noted that their portion size is really good. We all ended up taking some food home. Oh, big shout out to our server (wish I had gotten his name... Sorry) he was very attentive. He took the time to explain what the dishes came with, and what I really really appreciated was that he asked if any of the kids' orders needed to be modified because he knew sometimes kids don't like everything the plate comes with. This was perfect as my kids are a little picky. So big shout out to him!“

“I have been driving by this place for months now and have been meaning to try it. Today I got the bacon breakfast burrito. It took a few minutes but it was worth it. Very tasty and he actually seasoned the potatoes in the burrito. His menu isn’t up yet so get a takeout menu.“

“First time going since it was Casita Lopez. Decorations and ambience are the same. I was hoping to meet the new owner, but he wasn't on shift today. The service was fast and polite, exactly what I would've expected in previous visits! The food is satisfyingly tasty, albeit not very authentic. The menu is essentially the same as before, but everything is prepared differently: ingredients, portions, etc. 5 stars, definitely recommend!“

“I had the pozole and the carnitas tacos. The pozole was delicious they gave me big chunks of meat and enough hominy in 32 ounce Styrofoam cups. I would get them again, I think the carnitas needed some more fat. And they didn't give me any sauce so make sure to ask.“

Parking: Small parking area but never had a problem finding spot the times I've eaten here.“

“Was so impressed with the variety of options they had. I started my keto journey 6 years ago and haven't been. I heard they did keto tacos didn't believe it. Turns out they do and not only that they have fresh meats you can buy as a side, or even cauliflower rice, veggies etc. Was so impressed and so happy. I will be back. Their salsas need some love but then again it isn't Mexican so you have to remember that. Omg love!

“We ate here on Sunday morning, and the breakfast was amazing. The chilaquiles were really flavorful, and the agua de mango was fresh. We also had a regular breakfast plate with eggs rice and beans with tortillas hecho a mano! Over delicious food and great service.“

“Family owned and run this is the best small Mexican food place in Lancaster. They have the best burria red tacos and homemade menudo around. It's close to shopping and downtown so the location is great for quick meal lunch or dinner in a hurry def a winner!“

“I at at Medrano's for the first time today. The food was fantastic & an abundance. The side salad was freshly washed, crisp, head lettuce, romain, & lots of croutons on a larger chilled desert plate topped with a delicious Italian Dressing! Yum! I also ordered a Chili Verde plate. Half had to be taken home. An Abundance of free, thin, fresh taco chips with 3 types of dip. I will be returning to try their other meals esp. the Carne Asada dinner. The steak looked yummy & cooked just right. The staff was kind & friendly.“

“I happened to go here one day looking to grab some tacos and noticed they had buche on the menu. I ended up having a buche burrito and it was delicious! I asked if this shop was partnered with the Gonzales meat market a few doors away and they confirmed it. No wonder their meats are so fresh and tasty. Love this place.“

“2024-07-18: awesome. The server we had was incredible. She was super nice and extremely patient. There was a few items on the menu I hadn't seen before she took the time and answered all my questions. Service being so friendly and courteous alone is worth giving this place a try. The food was A+ top notch. I got 2 pupusas, and the Mexican Style Chille Rellano. Incredibly tasty all around. The beans and rice. Nice size small salad type side. Everything was super tasty. Wife had the beef fajitas. And the portion was extremely large. Tortillas were fresh and warm. Can't really find anything to say from a negative standpoint. Resteraunt was super clean. Ample sized booths. Really a great new place we have that opened here on the East side of town. Highly suggested y'all give it a try, completely satisfied!!!

Vegetarian options: Ample options for non meat eaters such as myself and based on the service I'd suggest they would make accommodations if someone wanted one of the meat dishes with no meat.

Parking: Shopping center is huge. Haven't ever had any time parking was not available especially on the side of the center.

Wheelchair accessibility: No worries re being accessible by wheelchair / disabilities. Ample ramps along the front of the sidewalk.“

“When I use to deliver with Grub Hub I would always get orders to this place so today I went and got a taco/enchilada combo and man that taco was full of shredded beef and the cheese enchilada was so good definitely worth my money. They were full of people in the restaurant which to me says the food is good. I will be going back.

Parking: They have parking and you can park close on the street if crowded.

Never refilled our drinks, checked in on us. Like he was annoyed we were there. “It is a gas station place so you don't expect much but it is truly a little hidden corner. While I usually dine there for burgers I really love their wet burrito, with golden crunchy tripas and a red salsa, it is absolutely delicious. Staff is friendly and the aguas frescas are refreshing! It is very limited in space however so be warned about seating during peak hours.

Parking: Very few parking spots, no shade, high traffic area due to the gas station.“
