“it was our first time being here, we ordered in person around 30 minutes before closing, and a lot of people had ordered ahead so we ended up waiting like 30 minutes for the food. It was well worth the wait though!! I got a regular carnitas torta and my boyfriend got the carne asada fajitas burrito and they were so delicious. The meat was so tender and everything tasted amazing altogether. I recommend ordering ahead for pickup; it’s very popular and deservingly so. The woman behind the counter was also so lovely and patient, highly recommend!!“

Atmosphere, a lot of the garbage from the east side looks like it's slowly started to creep over to quartz hill, really sad, thats what I saw here last time. “Great experience eating here. I'm assuming it was the owner serving us, an older gentleman. He was attentive and had great hospitality. He brought my baby's plate out first, which I appreciate so much. Food was piping hot. I had enchiladas and they were good. We also had the chile verde. They have a red and green salsa, both flavorful and the red had a good spice to it. I saw they have cochinita on the menu. I'll have to go back to order it next time. Also I have heartburn issues and this didn’t set it off surprisingly. Gustavo was my server and was very attentive without interrupting.“

The service was fast and polite, exactly what I would've expected in previous visits! The food is satisfyingly tasty, albeit not very authentic. “We wanted some authentic tacos and we found them in this taco truck in the east side of Palmdale.
We ordered some Alpastor, suadero, lengua and asada, they all were very tasty, I found my pastor and suadero a little in the dryer side, but with that red spicy salsa, hasta los mocos se me salieron, so that made it for me, not to mention the agua de horchata, sweet and refreshing.
All that made a nice experience, so we will gladly visit again for more delicious tacos.

“I happened to go here one day looking to grab some tacos and noticed they had buche on the menu. I ended up having a buche burrito and it was delicious! I asked if this shop was partnered with the Gonzales meat market a few doors away and they confirmed it. No wonder their meats are so fresh and tasty. Love this place.“

“Indoor dining is great. Medrano’s still hasn’t learned how to pack a go order. The soup lids are so flimsy that if you put more than one on top of the other one, the lid breaks and spills soup. Then, if the chips are packed in the soup bag, the bottom of the chip bag gets wet. When you try to get the chips out, the bottom of the bag rips and chips go all over the floor. This isn’t the first time this has happened. This will be the last time. The other place I eat wraps plastic around the whole soup container, so if the lid does break, the soup still stays in the holder.“

“I at at Medrano's for the first time today. The food was fantastic & an abundance. The side salad was freshly washed, crisp, head lettuce, romain, & lots of croutons on a larger chilled desert plate topped with a delicious Italian Dressing! Yum! I also ordered a Chili Verde plate. Half had to be taken home. An Abundance of free, thin, fresh taco chips with 3 types of dip. I will be returning to try their other meals esp. the Carne Asada dinner. The steak looked yummy & cooked just right. The staff was kind & friendly.“

“I took my 97 year old grandma here as it's her favorite Mexican restaurant. Good was delicious and you get a very generous serving. I wish they had easier access. There is no ramp and the curb is really high, so it was quite a chore for my grandma to enter.

“This is the best churro truck in AV!! I tried it for the first time last week I believe and then tried the other churro truck here in the same week. Los primos churros blows them out of the park for me. They are so delicious and the owners are so nice and sweet.“

“Okay, so I'm from the SFV, I have my tacos spots out there but I was sad not finding a good taco spot out here in Palmdale. We'll I decided to get a better quality meat at the Gozalez meat market and quickly learned this food spot is owned by them. I came with my teen daugther lunch and we both enjoyed the food, friendly service and enjoyed the music. Definitely will be our spot out here! The only downfall is that there is no bathroom.“

“The food is good, they actually condiment the meat. The service was good, they explained what the food contained, but they were a bit stingy with the salsa. The atmosphere was ok, it was hot and there was a lot of smoke. They just opened up so I'm assuming they still have to get the a/c situated and a vent for the smoke. I feel bad for the workers. I was ready to get out of there due to the heat.

(Update: they finally got the ac running. The adobada tortas are delicious and the molcan was crazy good. I've never tried anything like it. The only downside is that you leave smelling like smoke.)“
