I don’t usually leave reviews, but Hot Chili Grill & Bar in Palmdale deserves one. I’ve been coming here a while, and the food has never disappointed. The asada fries and nachos Always hit. Burritos are solid too, not skimpy on the meat like some places. Everything’s flavorful, filling, and consistent. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. Definitely one of my spots when I’m craving something good.
Fire!! 🔥🔥🔥 made fresh every time. To cut down on the wait just call it in before hand. Good stuff. Been back 2 days in a row
The 6 wing combo from here was good. But it was not spicy 🥺. It felt like 0% spice 🤭. The hotdog was great. The watermelon drink was great, too. I enjoyed my lunch here.

The cashier was accommodating to a customer with hearing difficulties, providing tasty suggestions like club sandwiches. The club sandwiches, zucchini with ranch dipping, and horchata drink were a perfect comfort dinner. The staff, including Alex, Luis, and Sam, were praised for their friendliness and delicious food. The cheeseburger and pastrami sandwich were particularly recommended for their fresh and tasty flavors. This restaurant is highly recommended for anyone looking for really good food in a kid-friendly environment.
