“This place is 20/10 customer service is phenomenal! I ordered a burrito steak (Carne Asada ) with everything. I got my order in standard timing . When I got to my car to eat it the first bite I knew this was authentic!! I came back to buy another one same way for my brother and he called his son and told them about the burrito and I went back in for a 3rd burrito! This place is it ok !! Must try . I'm from Chicago Illinois and we are big on food quality . You can tell that steak was authentic! I will be back again trust and believe.... the guy at the register was phenomenal thank you for your service sir.!! And to the cooks thank you for putting up with me and making my burrito to perfection as I was continuously coming back ????????!!! “Fresh off the grill are fantastic people and their food is excellent five stars all the way. Me and my wife just had them catered for our daughters birthday party and everybody loved their tacos,the rice and beans were excellent and the salas were so good..the drinks we ordered were all on hit. We highly recommend them to cater any of your upcoming events or parties we sure will be using them again in the future thank you fresh off the grill for your excellent service.“

“Wow!!! This food was AMAZING and AUTHENTIC!!! I had the birria taco with guacamole!!!! Amazing homemade tortillas with slow cooked roasted beef …. It was actually super healthy! I loved it!!! This is a place you can eat at, but it’s a little small and dark inside. But, You can eat outside too.

I usually take it to go! The food is soooo good and the price is very inexpensive!!! Go and experience tasty Mexican food.

Be sure to tell everyone where it is located. It’s not easily seen by the street. But totally worth the money and quality!!!!“

I absolutely love the food there so delicious and in my opinion probably some of if not the best burritos and tacos I've had in the AV.They're also really friendly too got an order of burritos tonight and I ask for no onions or cilantro got home they had onions and cilantro. No big deal mistakes happen nothing to lose my head about. I go back let them know and they were nice enough to just make me two new burritos no issues and no hard times. “Drive thru for a milkshake and a cheesecake. Both were excellent..Update,,had to drop you to a 4 rating, lets taco bout it.. Stopped in for some tacos cuz we loves us some Jack tacos. We order alot of tacos, usually. 20-30 if all the kids are eating. But, since this was our first time here for food, and It seemed rather busy, lunch rush...only 14 tacos, ex lettuce, ez sauce, cup of ice water and and a single egg roll, w/ sweet n sour.Always order, extra lettuce, ez sauce!We are used to parking in front and waiting since a lot-o-tacos take time as does the egg roll to fill our order. Didnt wait long but when we got home. WOW .. , not in a good way!Ver lttle. $¢ Little lettuce, dripping with sauce. And Im talking dripping. And how they managed to make the shell so hard, while the bottoms were stuck to the service envelope ripping open when we tried to eat them .Let me say this, although eating these tacos was the toughest challenge of that entire day.,and the special order mistake, they tasted fabulous, and thats right, we still ate every last one of Jacks tacos.Just because it wasnt perfect didnt mean it wasnt good. It just meant, we love Jacks tacos so much, it is so worth the extra effort. I didnt call for new tacos, and I didn't complain about lack of lettuce, or doin the backstroke through sauce.I am sayin, the order was correct on the screen. Maybe back of the house should take an extra 2 seconds to look at the order. “I'm hard of hearing, and I had trouble hearing the speaker when I placed my order. Upon driving up the window, the cashier verified my order and was aware of my inability to hear. I asked for suggestions for club sandwiches or a double burger since I had a hard time choosing. She suggested the club sandwiches and my friend Karen, who is a harsh food critic, loved the foods I brought in and inquired where I order it. Club sandwiches, zucchini with ranch dipping and horchata drink. PERFECT comfort dinner to end my day, and my son reported she's was so nice!
