Taco Bell offers good food, but some issues like missing items and stale chips have been reported. The manager handled complaints professionally but staff behavior was subpar. The restaurant has ample free parking. Customers prefer ordering from a person instead of using the kiosk. Drive-thru is a better option for those not comfortable with kiosks.
