“We needed somewhere to eat very late night and this was one of the few options available that I couldn’t get in MN. The cashier was very friendly and accommodating, she made sure we were well taken care of and satisfied. They had a buy one get one free burger deal which made it even better. The burgers were decent, we didn’t get chili because I didn’t want to suffer at work the following day lol. But my criticism is the burgers had to be some of the thinnest patties I’ve ever seen on a burger. Overall good spot for night time cravings or a quick dinner.Parking: Free parking lot located right outside the front doors of restaurantWheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible with a wheelchair, plenty of room to maneuver around inside. “My wife and I had brunch at Irene's yesterday. It was our 1st time there. We both had breakfast meals, food was very tasty, hot and fresh. Good sized portions, reasonably priced. Friendly staff. We will return soon to try out other meals.“
“It’s a bit on the pricey side for not being a sit down restaurant, but at this location they are really good at walking around and seeing if you need anything. Happy to take away trays, get you extra condiments, and refill your drinks without needing to get up. I have drove by here many times and paid no attention, then 1 day I was on my way to a job and was hungry so I hit the drive thru. the drive thru is very tight especially in a big truck but man was the food worth it. My burger was huge, fries cooked perfectly and I also ordered a milkshake that was delicious. The food will keep me coming back and the low price is just a added bonus“
“Sunday 11/19/23 1pm staff was excellent; burgers and sweet potato fries and jalapeño cheddar fries, awesome; Absolutely delicious burgers! Sliders are not what they were 5+ years ago, but depending on which you get and what you add, it may be good or great. Wagyu beef burger was perfect. The best for me, however, was the large Spanish burger WOW!!! The place is super clean and very nice to sit in. Would easily return.“
“32 dollars for the the buscuit and gravy breakfast and my girl had French toast. No drinks. Food was pathetic. No gravy on Busicuits. Extra charge for ordering breakfast for lunch when breakfast is served all day! Hash browns were prepared hours ago, dry and just not edible. This place is a discrace to cooks that know what they are doing! And they charge like your getting gourmet! Save your money and pass this place up!“

We order alot of tacos, usually. 20-30 if all the kids are eating. But, since this was our first time here for food, and It seemed rather busy, lunch rush...only 14 tacos, ex lettuce, ez sauce, cup of ice water and and a single egg roll, w/ sweet n sour.Always order, extra lettuce, ez sauce!We are used to parking in front and waiting since a lot-o-tacos take time as does the egg roll to fill our order. Didnt wait long but when we got home. WOW .. , not in a good way!Ver lttle. $¢ Little lettuce, dripping with sauce. And Im talking dripping. And how they managed to make the shell so hard, while the bottoms were stuck to the service envelope ripping open when we tried to eat them .Let me say this, although eating these tacos was the toughest challenge of that entire day.,and the special order mistake, they tasted fabulous, and thats right, we still ate every last one of Jacks tacos.Just because it wasnt perfect didnt mean it wasnt good. It just meant, we love Jacks tacos so much, it is so worth the extra effort. I didnt call for new tacos, and I didn't complain about lack of lettuce, or doin the backstroke through sauce.I am sayin, the order was correct on the screen. Maybe back of the house should take an extra 2 seconds to look at the order. “Alice's burgers never disappoints. My wife introduced me to this place about 15 years ago. Since then nothing but fresh delicious food, served pretty fast. Waitresses are always friendly and courteous no matter how busy or stressed. I'll keep coming back always. Chicken fried steak breakfast, Buffalo wings, and Carne asada plate among the best in town!“

“I'm hard of hearing, and I had trouble hearing the speaker when I placed my order. Upon driving up the window, the cashier verified my order and was aware of my inability to hear. I asked for suggestions for club sandwiches or a double burger since I had a hard time choosing. She suggested the club sandwiches and my friend Karen, who is a harsh food critic, loved the foods I brought in and inquired where I order it. Club sandwiches, zucchini with ranch dipping and horchata drink. PERFECT comfort dinner to end my day, and my son reported she's was so nice! I don't live here, but now it looks like Karen and I will be repeat consumers. ?“
“I would like to recognize Robert the in an out employee who provided excellent service here at the Palmdale location. We traveled from Arkansas to visit family in the area. We came in the store were immediately greeted by Robert and he even came around to check out every one in the lobby to make sure everything was satisfactory for the customers from top to bottom he even brought stickers to our kids and other kids and put smiles on faces he is a great asset to the company and is excellent with customer service never thought eating in a burger restaurant would offer better service than and upscale luxury restaurant thank you Robert God Bless you sir!!“
