“Excellent service and the habit never disappoints, has been a great addition to the neighborhood!“

“I visit once a week. This is by far the best place for hamburgers, In-and-Out Burger take notice. Habit has many other entrees on their menu besides hamburgers, like excellent salads and seasonal items. The staff is very friendly and I was never disappointed with my orders. Really like the place.“

“Food is always good. The young man taking our order seemed bothered. He just said ok ok ok. He didn't ask if we wanted onions or not. I had to tell him no onions. So 3 stars for poor service. In the other hand the young lady at the windows to charge and give our order had much better customer service. They even said have a good day“

“The best burgers ever I’ll rate them a 10/10“

“Stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings and had a great experience. The food came out hot and fresh, the wings were flavorful and cooked perfectly, and the fries were crispy. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without having to ask.“

“I ordered a quick bite to eat for my dad who stayed in the car because of how crazy busy it was not only in the Drive-Thru but inside of Jack in the box as well. I ordered manually on the screen and within only about 2,3 minutes his order was ready. The lady working the counter was exceptional and very patient with everyone, which is why I wanted to post this review. She was the only one working the front counter this last Friday during the dinner rush and lots of people were hassling her to open up the restroom while I was there. I wish I got her name because she was so graceful it stood out to me.“

“I'm not from here. I was having a medical emergency and Deanna and Veronica are the first 2 I came and asked for help. Deanna got me to an outlet so I can plug in my nebulizer, grabbed me a chair and some water. She was also checked on me as ahe was running orders. Veronica checked on as well and just showed me kindness in my time of need. Thank you ladies soo much from the bottom of my heart.“

“Today was my first time trying this establishment and I must say I had the most delicious bacon cheeseburger I’ve had in quite a while. The place is very clean and the owner was very attentive and the service was very good. I’ll definitely go back and try that delicious bacon cheeseburger again!“

“Jaylene DI needs to stop talking to other employees and focus on her customer service. She didn’t listen to what I asked for and also forgot to put out fries in the bag. Yes, I should have checked, but I didn’t, drove home and was missing 2 fries. It’s annoying when you see them chatting it up and being distracted.“

“First time at this location, hubby and I stopped for lunch. The staff were nice and efficient. Food was hot and tasty as always. We sat at the covered tables on the upper deck (clean and provided shade) as it was hot but a little breezy. Overall, we would stop here again, next time we are in the valley. 😊“

“Great food, music was a little too loud since there wasn’t a lot of people inside at the time I was there. Great location and plenty of space to sit indoors and outdoors.“

“Found this gem on our way to Ventura. Very very good! Fresh and great selection. Yummmm“

“Excellent service. I ordered over the counter. Got 2 number 2s for my Sister. She was happy. Thanks !!“

“While the food here is always top-notch, the service provided by the staff was truly exceptional. It was incredibly impressive to see them answer every single question with such genuine care—all while wearing a constant smile—no matter how busy the restaurant was.“

“I do have a question, though. Can chili be shipped to Hawaii, so my Former Broworker, Tim Hawkins, can have a “Little taste of home?”“

“la gente es amable y la comida está muy rica“

“We've been to the Burger Lounge in Sherman Oaks but last night we were meeting friends who live in Calabasas so Northridge felt like a great mid-point option. There were four of us. I'm an extremely picky eater!! With that said, Bella (Front of House) took my order and even repeated it back twice which included her reading from what she punched into the computer. When my order came to the table it was 100% inaccurate. Kareem (Shift Leader) was very apologetic and wanted to immediately take care of it, which I appreciated. But, I wanted to take it a step further. I wasn't upset but curious as to how this occurred as I knew Bella had inputted the order into the computer correctly. She & Kareem were uncertain as to why it happened. Bella kept apologizing and I learned she was new. I told Bella it was not her fault but she insisted on taking ownership and Kareem wanted to do whatever it took to make me happy. My career involves running a company and training employees to take responsibility and therefore expeditiously turning the situation around. It's all about recovery and between how Burger Lounge trains their staff and the type of genuine human beings that work there....Burger Lounge succeeds at elevating the dining experience! BTW, the food was fabulous and if you're going to add sugar to it, their shakes are FUNomenal. Kareem & Bella are definitely above & beyond employees and the others working there were all happy & helpful. This is the gold standard and a recipe that should be non- negotiable for any business. It was a gift that the error occurred as it showed us what an outstanding establishment Burger Lounge is with outstanding employees. Huge thank you to Kareem & Bella. Thank you for all that you are and all that you do. You two, your team & Burger Lounge have the secret sauce!“

“The best burgers ever I’ll rate them a 10/10“

“A true experience of some fine burgers. Cooked to order with fresh veggies for your toppings. Fries were freshly cut, cooked crispy and hot. We did share a vanilla with chocolate chunk shake that was rather good. Family owned restaurant with a great atmosphere. Highly recommend 🍔🍔🍔🍔🍟load of $58“

“I've been going here for over 20 years. Great food, friendly staff. You won't believe the amazing dishes that come out of that kitchen. Don't let the name fool you, I have never had a burger here, my favorite dish... The t-bone steak. Highly recommend!“

“Love The Habit. The food is always fresh and tasty as well as reasonably priced ✌🏼“
