“Great place to get a vegan burger and fries. The owner is super nice. He sub'd out onions for grilled onions even though it isn't on the menu. The burgers are really good, and the fries are crispy, not soggy, so good. Parking is good, and there is inside seating, but none outside. Easy on and off the I-5 in Santa Clarita.“

“Was craving In-N-Out for a few days and finally found time to hit it up late on a sunday night.

There was a sizeable line even at around midnight (perhaps a Father's Day bump?), but it moved as quickly as In-N-Out lines do. I am usually one for more detailed reviews of places, but In-N-Out's are S-tier for quality and consistency, from staff, to order accuracy, to price. It was cool to see a more diverse staff than I usually see in my eency weency town a couple hours up north. I found a couple open spaces in the lot after I rolled out of the window.

My animal style fries and burger where perfect, and the extra double double with extra spread was perfect too. Even tapping this review up has me wanting to go tommorow.“

“After seeing a suggestion in a FB group, decided to give this place a try at around 3pm on a Sunday. The lady that rang me up had a welcoming personality and another lady delivered it with a beautiful smile! The menu options are affordable. the food was so fresh and the restaurant was very clean! “We've been to the Burger Lounge in Sherman Oaks but last night we were meeting friends who live in Calabasas so Northridge felt like a great mid-point option. There were four of us. I'm an extremely picky eater!! With that said, Bella (Front of House) took my order and even repeated it back twice which included her reading from what she punched into the computer. When my order came to the table it was 100% inaccurate. Kareem (Shift Leader) was very apologetic and wanted to immediately take care of it, which I appreciated. But, I wanted to take it a step further. I wasn't upset but curious as to how this occurred as I knew Bella had inputted the order into the computer correctly. She & Kareem were uncertain as to why it happened. Bella kept apologizing and I learned she was new. I told Bella it was not her fault but she insisted on taking ownership and Kareem wanted to do whatever it took to make me happy. My career involves running a company and training employees to take responsibility and therefore expeditiously turning the situation around. It's all about recovery and between how Burger Lounge trains their staff and the type of genuine human beings that work there....Burger Lounge succeeds at elevating the dining experience! BTW, the food was fabulous and if you're going to add sugar to it, their shakes are FUNomenal. Kareem & Bella are definitely above & beyond employees and the others working there were all happy & helpful. This is the gold standard and a recipe that should be non- negotiable for any business. It was a gift that the error occurred as it showed us what an outstanding establishment Burger Lounge is with outstanding employees. Huge thank you to Kareem & Bella. Yes the place was pretty chill, music nice, energy nice, nice staff. Did I mention the burger was delicious. The fries were pretty good the sweet potato fries were alright. My boyfriend got those. I didn't put lettuce or tomatoes on mine so I could really taste the burger. Ok I'm done just go you will be pleased and get a double cause the patties are thin.“
