“While waiting for my order, my car keys mysteriously disappeared. After receiving my order, I noticed the keys were missing and the car was locked. I returned to the restaurant to ask if anyone had seen my keys and asked to see the security camera footage. A restaurant employee brought them.“

“Wouldn’t change a thing about our burger and fry orders. The burger was cooked perfectly over an open flame — you could really taste it — and the fresh veggies, balanced condiments, and flavorful bun all worked together perfectly. Even with all the juices from the meat, the bun held up beautifully.

The fries were thin and crispy. I usually prefer thicker fries, but these were excellent — perfectly cooked and seasoned just right.

The staff was friendly, the restaurant was spotless, and overall it was a great experience. We’ll definitely make this a regular stop whenever we’re back in Valencia.

“Was craving In-N-Out for a few days and finally found time to hit it up late on a sunday night.

There was a sizeable line even at around midnight (perhaps a Father's Day bump?), but it moved as quickly as In-N-Out lines do. I am usually one for more detailed reviews of places, but In-N-Out's are S-tier for quality and consistency, from staff, to order accuracy, to price. It was cool to see a more diverse staff than I usually see in my eency weency town a couple hours up north. I found a couple open spaces in the lot after I rolled out of the window.

My animal style fries and burger where perfect, and the extra double double with extra spread was perfect too. Even tapping this review up has me wanting to go tommorow.“

“After seeing a suggestion in a FB group, decided to give this place a try at around 3pm on a Sunday. The lady that rang me up had a welcoming personality and another lady delivered it with a beautiful smile! The menu options are affordable. the food was so fresh and the restaurant was very clean! “We've been to the Burger Lounge in Sherman Oaks but last night we were meeting friends who live in Calabasas so Northridge felt like a great mid-point option. There were four of us. I'm an extremely picky eater!! With that said, Bella (Front of House) took my order and even repeated it back twice which included her reading from what she punched into the computer. When my order came to the table it was 100% inaccurate. Kareem (Shift Leader) was very apologetic and wanted to immediately take care of it, which I appreciated. But, I wanted to take it a step further. I wasn't upset but curious as to how this occurred as I knew Bella had inputted the order into the computer correctly. She & Kareem were uncertain as to why it happened. Bella kept apologizing and I learned she was new. I told Bella it was not her fault but she insisted on taking ownership and Kareem wanted to do whatever it took to make me happy. My career involves running a company and training employees to take responsibility and therefore expeditiously turning the situation around. It's all about recovery and between how Burger Lounge trains their staff and the type of genuine human beings that work there....Burger Lounge succeeds at elevating the dining experience! BTW, the food was fabulous and if you're going to add sugar to it, their shakes are FUNomenal. Kareem & Bella are definitely above & beyond employees and the others working there were all happy & helpful. This is the gold standard and a recipe that should be non- negotiable for any business. “I have searched this town for the perfect wood fire style margherita pizza. I ordered the Napoletana and it is AMAZING. We also got a pepperoni and it's delicious too! Vincenzos is too much crust and too greasy in the middle. Toppers is way too expensive and our order was never accurate. The Road is close by, the food is delicious and they have great prices. The sweet potato fries are the best too, most places make them floppy but FTW has crispy, sweet, and perfectly salted sweet potato fries. They pair with the burger perfectly.“
