The burgers are really good, and the fries are crispy, not soggy, so good. Parking is good, and there is inside seating, but none outside. Easy on and off the I-5 in Santa Clarita.“

“We LOVE the Tavern! We recently hosted a 90th birthday celebration for my mom with 30+ people and ordered an array of delicious Mexican food from The Cowboy Tavern. Not only did our guests rave about the quality and amazing flavors, but I was so pleased with the value that we got and the variety I was able to serve. “Brother's Burgers is a great, blue collar, hole in the wall kind of place. I've only been for lunch, and I go for a burger and fries. The owners take pride and care in what they're grilling. As much as I love their burgers, I think the fries are even better. They make them fresh from potatoes, right on the spot. Don't think In n' Out fries, though. These are thicker, more solid. And the portion is very generous. All the guys I work with swear by the breakfast burritos here. Brother's is known for them. While I haven't tried them, their reputation is real.“

“I came here at midnight on July 19th, '26. The woman who served me had great customer service. The food was freshly cooked, right before they closed, she was warm. The food was killer, which I was impressed! My cheeseburger and fries were delicious. Great spot! 😀“

I feel terrible for writing such a bad review without having had the opportunity to speak with her first. The amount of care and passion she feels towards her business is astounding, and she wants to get to the bottom of why delivery apps have sometimes been saying the store isn’t accepting orders, items are out of stock, orders being cancelled.
