“I placed my poppers order and went to wait. I saw my order placed in the pass and the screen turned green for it. 5 minutes passed and she picked it up and called for me. I told her they were waiting and were probably not hot. She told me they were fresh and just placed in the pass. She lied, and I told her so. First bad experience I've had at this store in decades, hopefully never to repeat.“

“While the food here is always top-notch, the service provided by the staff was truly exceptional. It was incredibly impressive to see them answer every single question with such genuine care—all while wearing a constant smile—no matter how busy the restaurant was.“

“la gente es amable y la comida está muy rica“

“We've been to the Burger Lounge in Sherman Oaks but last night we were meeting friends who live in Calabasas so Northridge felt like a great mid-point option. There were four of us. I'm an extremely picky eater!! With that said, Bella (Front of House) took my order and even repeated it back twice which included her reading from what she punched into the computer. When my order came to the table it was 100% inaccurate. Kareem (Shift Leader) was very apologetic and wanted to immediately take care of it, which I appreciated. But, I wanted to take it a step further. I wasn't upset but curious as to how this occurred as I knew Bella had inputted the order into the computer correctly. She & Kareem were uncertain as to why it happened. Bella kept apologizing and I learned she was new. I told Bella it was not her fault but she insisted on taking ownership and Kareem wanted to do whatever it took to make me happy. My career involves running a company and training employees to take responsibility and therefore expeditiously turning the situation around. It's all about recovery and between how Burger Lounge trains their staff and the type of genuine human beings that work there....Burger Lounge succeeds at elevating the dining experience! BTW, the food was fabulous and if you're going to add sugar to it, their shakes are FUNomenal. Kareem & Bella are definitely above & beyond employees and the others working there were all happy & helpful. This is the gold standard and a recipe that should be non- negotiable for any business. It was a gift that the error occurred as it showed us what an outstanding establishment Burger Lounge is with outstanding employees. Huge thank you to Kareem & Bella. Thank you for all that you are and all that you do. You two, your team & Burger Lounge have the secret sauce!“

“Love The Habit. The food is always fresh and tasty as well as reasonably priced ✌🏼“

“A true experience of some fine burgers. Cooked to order with fresh veggies for your toppings. Fries were freshly cut, cooked crispy and hot. We did share a vanilla with chocolate chunk shake that was rather good. Family owned restaurant with a great atmosphere. Highly recommend 🍔🍔🍔🍔🍟load of $58“

“In all the in-n-outs I’ve been too, this is the first time I’ve enjoyed my experience. We did walk up and order and the person who served us (i think his name was Tony) was exceptionally patient and polite! They made our order perfectly.“

“I have searched this town for the perfect wood fire style margherita pizza. I ordered the Napoletana and it is AMAZING. We also got a pepperoni and it's delicious too! Vincenzos is too much crust and too greasy in the middle. Toppers is way too expensive and our order was never accurate. The Road is close by, the food is delicious and they have great prices. Win win win.“

“Excellent service and the habit never disappoints, has been a great addition to the neighborhood!“

“Great Service and Amazing Food!

We haven’t visited IHOP in a long time, but today we decided to stop by for a quick family lunch/brunch. We had a great experience! The food was delicious, and the service was friendly, fast, and welcoming. It was a great way to enjoy a meal together as a family. We’ll definitely be back!“

“This location is without a doubt some of the best hamburger meat I have tasted from anywhere in Valencia California. I recommend everyone try it out Jimmy Owens.“

“This was my first visit. After decades of driving by, I finally stopped.
Quick, friendly service.
Knowledge staff.
I was greeted with smiles and polite banter.
Learning how to maneuver the parking lot was a simple task.
The drive through is clearly marked for entrance and the exit.
Though out of their control, the street has an ample turn lane for a trouble free entrance and departure.
A very positive first experience.“

“Delicious burgers and friendly staff.“

“Todo estuvo excelente, primera vez que los visitamos y muy rico y limpio...muchas Gracias !.“

“The patty melt was fabulous. I asked for extra patty & grilled onions both cheeses mmmmmm“

“So many hamburger places out there but I got to say Fatburger was delicious.
The options to put on the hamburger are plenty and even the regular hamburger is a usual size for a hamburger. They have a few difrent options in size and even a Challenge wall if you dare to eat their XXXL hamburger.

Kid-friendliness: Yes

Wheelchair accessibility: Door is not automatic but easy entrance“

“This is the BEST pizza I have ever had in my life. No joke. I have tried many many pizza spots (mainly because all my kids eat is pizza) and this one hands down is the best one! Good for adults and kids! Flavorful not bland like some other spots with fusion items. It's become my go to ordering spot anytime I'm hosting or have guests over too. My personal favorite pizzas are the Gobi Manchurian and the Achari paneer!!! Must have!!!“

“I visit once a week. This is by far the best place for hamburgers, In-and-Out Burger take notice. Habit has many other entrees on their menu besides hamburgers, like excellent salads and seasonal items. The staff is very friendly and I was never disappointed with my orders. Really like the place.“

“Food is always delicious. Entire staff is super friendly always smiling, especially our favorite server Alejandra, she always goes the extra mile to listen and talk to my young son and make him feel important. A+“
