“I love going to Ihop with my family and been to several Ihop's. I enjoyed the experience at this one because Jhoan was very professional, attentive, polite, efficient, and genuine. He helped us get our order and our special request since I have a picky eater. He's a great waiter because he also has patience towards kids making noise or spilling something by accident. Which at other places waiters have rolled their eyes & given attitude. Jhoan was very professional we enjoyed eating at this location and we didn't felt rush in paying, thank you. When I come back to eat hopefully we get Jhoan's help again!“

I had such a great experience at the McDonald's on Balboa & Rinaldi in Granada Hills. Kelsey, the cashier, was absolutely amazing. She was super sweet, patient, and genuinely helpful while taking my order.
She had such a positive attitude and made the whole experience feel welcoming and easy. It’s rare to see customer service like that these days, and it really stood out.

“Love this place. This is my favorite Carl Jr. Literally every time I'm there they are always playing absolute bangers 💯💯💯💪💪💪 Peak Music taste and I really like their milkshakes there. Also the layout of this place is phenomenal 💯💯💯 And it's 24hours, I always appreciate a place for being open 24hrs because as a college student I be waking up before dawn and this is my to go place for Finals week“
