“I arrived to this habit for the first time for a quick bite before work. The environment was pretty busy however the line went by pretty quick! When I got to the counter I was greeted by Vanessa and Ambar who were very pleasant to talk to! I couldn't decide what to get and I asked them for advice on their favorite meal and they narrowed it down to the chicken avocado club! I was a little picky with what was in my sandwich and they happily accommodated me by switching out the bun for lettuce wrap for less carbs as well as removing some condiments! With the combination of nice and clean environment, amazing service from Vanessa and Ambar, and not to mention the sandwich being super delicious I would recommend anyone and I will be coming back to eat at this habit! I had such a great experience at the McDonald's on Balboa & Rinaldi in Granada Hills. Kelsey, the cashier, was absolutely amazing. She was super sweet, patient, and genuinely helpful while taking my order.
