When I got to the counter I was greeted by Vanessa and Ambar who were very pleasant to talk to! I couldn't decide what to get and I asked them for advice on their favorite meal and they narrowed it down to the chicken avocado club! I was a little picky with what was in my sandwich and they happily accommodated me by switching out the bun for lettuce wrap for less carbs as well as removing some condiments! With the combination of nice and clean environment, amazing service from Vanessa and Ambar, and not to mention the sandwich being super delicious I would recommend anyone and I will be coming back to eat at this habit! I ordered my usual meal, found a seat, and within a few minutes I was enjoying a fresh burger made to order. The lady that rang me up had a welcoming personality and another lady delivered it with a beautiful smile! The menu options are affordable. the food was so fresh and the restaurant was very clean! My day started out ho hum, but with the amazing friendly service and great food, it made my day I left with my tummy and heart happy. This will probably be my new Sunday spot Appreciate Y'ALL!“

“I had a fantastic experience at Burger Lounge and I have to start by giving a shout-out to Miguel!

The moment my buddy and I walked in, Miguel greeted us and made us feel welcome. He was courteous, professional, attentive and just had that kind of attitude that makes you feel like your business is genuinely appreciated. He also brought our food out to us and made sure we were taken care of.

I ordered the Lounge Burger with Tallow Fries and a drink while my buddy ordered the Classic Burger in a lettuce wrap. I'll admit, Burger Lounge is a little on the pricey side but once I tasted the food, I understood why. The grass-fed beef was absolutely delicious. You can genuinely taste the difference. My burger was fresh, juicy, flavorful and cooked perfectly. Nothing overly complicated just quality ingredients prepared really well.

And those Tallow Fries... oh boy. 😂 They were incredible! Fresh, crispy, flavorful and easily some of the best fries I've had in a while. Sometimes simple food done exceptionally well is exactly what hits the spot, and that's what this meal was.

Between the quality of the food and Miguel's excellent service, this was a great experience from beginning to end. Yes, you'll spend a little more than you would at a typical burger place but you're also getting noticeably better quality. Fresh ingredients, grass-fed beef, amazing fries and genuinely great customer service. I'll definitely be coming back.

“We've been to the Burger Lounge in Sherman Oaks but last night we were meeting friends who live in Calabasas so Northridge felt like a great mid-point option. There were four of us. When my order came to the table it was 100% inaccurate. Kareem (Shift Leader) was very apologetic and wanted to immediately take care of it, which I appreciated. She & Kareem were uncertain as to why it happened. Bella kept apologizing and I learned she was new. I told Bella it was not her fault but she insisted on taking ownership and Kareem wanted to do whatever it took to make me happy. My career involves running a company and training employees to take responsibility and therefore expeditiously turning the situation around. It's all about recovery and between how Burger Lounge trains their staff and the type of genuine human beings that work there....Burger Lounge succeeds at elevating the dining experience! BTW, the food was fabulous and if you're going to add sugar to it, their shakes are FUNomenal. Kareem & Bella are definitely above & beyond employees and the others working there were all happy & helpful. This is the gold standard and a recipe that should be non- negotiable for any business.
