“Today I stopped by In-N-Out Burger in Sherman Oaks, and it reminded me why this place remains one of California’s most beloved burger chains. Despite the steady line of customers, everything moved quickly and efficiently. The staff was energetic, friendly, and seemed genuinely happy to help.

I ordered my usual meal, found a seat, and within a few minutes I was enjoying a fresh burger made to order. The vegetables tasted crisp, the burger was hot and juicy, and the ingredients felt noticeably fresher than what you’ll find at most fast-food restaurants. The fries came out hot and fresh as well, exactly how they should be.

What I appreciate about In-N-Out is that they don’t try to be something they’re not. The menu is simple, the food is consistent, and they focus on doing a few things exceptionally well. In a world where many restaurants constantly chase trends, there’s something refreshing about a place that sticks to its formula and continues to deliver.

The Sherman Oaks location was clean, well-managed, and busy for a reason. You can tell that people keep coming back because they know exactly what they’re going to get: fresh food, friendly service, and good value.

There are plenty of burger places in Los Angeles, but every now and then a visit to In-N-Out reminds me why it has earned such a loyal following. A simple meal done right is sometimes better than anything complicated.“

“Was craving In-N-Out for a few days and finally found time to hit it up late on a sunday night.

There was a sizeable line even at around midnight (perhaps a Father's Day bump?), but it moved as quickly as In-N-Out lines do. I am usually one for more detailed reviews of places, but In-N-Out's are S-tier for quality and consistency, from staff, to order accuracy, to price. It was cool to see a more diverse staff than I usually see in my eency weency town a couple hours up north. I found a couple open spaces in the lot after I rolled out of the window.

My animal style fries and burger where perfect, and the extra double double with extra spread was perfect too. Even tapping this review up has me wanting to go tommorow.“

“Our furbabies love the "pup meals" at In-n-Out. We went yesterday for our furbabies 12th birthday and had a HUGE order for their birthday party with family. Mia helped us out at the drive-thru. She saw our furbabies in the car and we told her it was their birthday and told her what we were doing. She was so amazing!! She was patient with us and our order. As we drove thru to pick up our food, she came to the window and said "hi, it’s me again" and handed us 1 of our bags, which was the food for the furbabies. Inside the bag, was a hand written note on a napkin that said "Happy Birthday". We were so touch that she went above and beyond to make our babies birthday special that we told the other employees that she needed a raise! One of our babies has a heart condition that he wasn’t suppose to be with us anymore so this gesture was so special and made our day!! Thank you again Mia!!!!!“

“My first time coming here and i was very pleased! It's kinda hidden off Sepulveda south of Ventura, near Dickens. It has very nice outdoor and indoor seating options. The waitresses were super nice and friendly and the food was great! I asked for something i saw on yelp but they no longer serve. The waitress made a recommendation and I was very pleased! I will be going back and having it again!“

“I had a fantastic experience at Burger Lounge and I have to start by giving a shout-out to Miguel!

The moment my buddy and I walked in, Miguel greeted us and made us feel welcome. He was courteous, professional, attentive and just had that kind of attitude that makes you feel like your business is genuinely appreciated. He also brought our food out to us and made sure we were taken care of.

I ordered the Lounge Burger with Tallow Fries and a drink while my buddy ordered the Classic Burger in a lettuce wrap. I'll admit, Burger Lounge is a little on the pricey side but once I tasted the food, I understood why. The grass-fed beef was absolutely delicious. You can genuinely taste the difference. My burger was fresh, juicy, flavorful and cooked perfectly. Nothing overly complicated just quality ingredients prepared really well.

And those Tallow Fries... oh boy. 😂 They were incredible! Fresh, crispy, flavorful and easily some of the best fries I've had in a while. Sometimes simple food done exceptionally well is exactly what hits the spot, and that's what this meal was.

Between the quality of the food and Miguel's excellent service, this was a great experience from beginning to end. Yes, you'll spend a little more than you would at a typical burger place but you're also getting noticeably better quality. Fresh ingredients, grass-fed beef, amazing fries and genuinely great customer service. I'll definitely be coming back.

“We've been to the Burger Lounge in Sherman Oaks but last night we were meeting friends who live in Calabasas so Northridge felt like a great mid-point option. There were four of us. I'm an extremely picky eater!! With that said, Bella (Front of House) took my order and even repeated it back twice which included her reading from what she punched into the computer. When my order came to the table it was 100% inaccurate. Kareem (Shift Leader) was very apologetic and wanted to immediately take care of it, which I appreciated. But, I wanted to take it a step further. I wasn't upset but curious as to how this occurred as I knew Bella had inputted the order into the computer correctly. She & Kareem were uncertain as to why it happened. Bella kept apologizing and I learned she was new. I told Bella it was not her fault but she insisted on taking ownership and Kareem wanted to do whatever it took to make me happy. My career involves running a company and training employees to take responsibility and therefore expeditiously turning the situation around. It's all about recovery and between how Burger Lounge trains their staff and the type of genuine human beings that work there....Burger Lounge succeeds at elevating the dining experience! BTW, the food was fabulous and if you're going to add sugar to it, their shakes are FUNomenal. Kareem & Bella are definitely above & beyond employees and the others working there were all happy & helpful. This is the gold standard and a recipe that should be non- negotiable for any business.
