“Our furbabies love the "pup meals" at In-n-Out. We went yesterday for our furbabies 12th birthday and had a HUGE order for their birthday party with family. Mia helped us out at the drive-thru. She saw our furbabies in the car and we told her it was their birthday and told her what we were doing. She was so amazing!! She was patient with us and our order. As we drove thru to pick up our food, she came to the window and said "hi, it’s me again" and handed us 1 of our bags, which was the food for the furbabies. Inside the bag, was a hand written note on a napkin that said "Happy Birthday". We were so touch that she went above and beyond to make our babies birthday special that we told the other employees that she needed a raise! One of our babies has a heart condition that he wasn’t suppose to be with us anymore so this gesture was so special and made our day!! Thank you again Mia!!!!!“

Yes, I should have checked, but I didn’t, drove home and was missing 2 fries. It’s annoying when you see them chatting it up and being distracted.“

“First time at this location, hubby and I stopped for lunch. The staff were nice and efficient. Food was hot and tasty as always. We sat at the covered tables on the upper deck (clean and provided shade) as it was hot but a little breezy. Overall, we would stop here again, next time we are in the valley. 😊“

“We've been to the Burger Lounge in Sherman Oaks but last night we were meeting friends who live in Calabasas so Northridge felt like a great mid-point option. There were four of us. I'm an extremely picky eater!! With that said, Bella (Front of House) took my order and even repeated it back twice which included her reading from what she punched into the computer. When my order came to the table it was 100% inaccurate. Kareem (Shift Leader) was very apologetic and wanted to immediately take care of it, which I appreciated. But, I wanted to take it a step further. I wasn't upset but curious as to how this occurred as I knew Bella had inputted the order into the computer correctly. She & Kareem were uncertain as to why it happened. Bella kept apologizing and I learned she was new. I told Bella it was not her fault but she insisted on taking ownership and Kareem wanted to do whatever it took to make me happy. My career involves running a company and training employees to take responsibility and therefore expeditiously turning the situation around. It's all about recovery and between how Burger Lounge trains their staff and the type of genuine human beings that work there....Burger Lounge succeeds at elevating the dining experience! BTW, the food was fabulous and if you're going to add sugar to it, their shakes are FUNomenal. Kareem & Bella are definitely above & beyond employees and the others working there were all happy & helpful. This is the gold standard and a recipe that should be non- negotiable for any business. It was a gift that the error occurred as it showed us what an outstanding establishment Burger Lounge is with outstanding employees. Huge thank you to Kareem & Bella. “This place is super great! I’ve been coming here since I was a little kid with my parents and now that I’m a parent myself I bring my kids here. The staff is super friendly and easy going. The food still taste great from there huge burgers to their asada fries and tacos 🌮 and their food is always filling so just 1 combo is enough to make you feel like your going into a food coma. The meal was quickly made; I only waited a few minutes for the extras to come out, but after that, it was enjoyed by the food court.“

“A small restaurant with bar on the golf course, outside seating, smaller live bands and enough room for dance. The views are so nice and green. Mid to later type ages, a few younger. A wonderful time we had meeting others. Food good and drinks not expensive. Lovely host/server. Closed at 9p.“

“This is the BEST pizza I have ever had in my life. No joke. I have tried many many pizza spots (mainly because all my kids eat is pizza) and this one hands down is the best one! Good for adults and kids! Flavorful not bland like some other spots with fusion items. It's become my go to ordering spot anytime I'm hosting or have guests over too. My personal favorite pizzas are the Gobi Manchurian and the Achari paneer!!! Must have!!!“

“This place feels seedy from the outside and dated and unwelcoming when you step in. Don’t let that fool or stop you. Once you’re in and seated you realize most everyone is a regular, and the staff is warm and welcoming. And the food is seriously stellar. I had the Bullet (their original recipe since 1954), my girlfriend the Huevos Rancheros. You can taste the time and care that goes into making everything from scratch. I don’t usually go places more than once but look forward to becoming a regular here and trying more on the menu.“

“I finally found a decent burger. A little small but I'm ok with that as long as it tastes good and this place tastes good. The sauce on the burger isn't your typical 1000 Island. It's a creamy sauce with a hint of garlic. The fries are good. I think next time I'll try a double. Better than In N Out.“
