I ordered a triple Western bacon cheese burger combo on Uber eats and the fries were not only burned but they're old.
The burger was good like always except the fries.
This is the second time I recieved an old burned fries.
Update: I called them and they were able to answer and it was corrected.“

“The staff are very friendly but the reason I gave it 4 stars is because more often than not I've had to wait a lot longer that would be expected, especially if I go inside. So if you're going to go I would recommend drive through especially if you're in a hurry. But the staff are always friendly and my order is always correct.“

“Such a cool little spot in Tarzana at the corner of Reseda and ventura! I've been wanting to try this place for a while and I just had a really wonderful cheeseburger and fries combo...all of it was excellent! The service was wonderful...very friendly and helpful. Five stars!“
