“I have been coming here for years and love the variety of breads and pastries. I was surprised with the addition of UBE treats in their menu. I tried most of them so far and let me tell you, they’re hands down the best UBE baked goodies I’ve tried and I’ve tried a lot including the ones from Hawaii. So happy that I can get them now from my favorite bakery in the valley. I highly recommend their ube challah, gluten free ube rice cake with bruleèd custard, the ube cheesecake brownies, ube crinkle cookies (there’s a lot out there but they pale in comparison to what Bea’s has) and the gluten free ube mochi cornbread. I’ll be coming back for more of their ube treats and the classic Bea’s baked goodies.”

“Didn't want to be stuck in traffic for over 2.5 hrs to get home, so I decided to come here and grab a drink, watch some games, and let the traffic die down. They have minimal parking on the street but a large parking lot to the back. I was the first one here for at least an hour, which was really nice. They got televisions all over the place. So no matter where you sit, you get a good view of the game. They got some upbeat music playing loudly over the speakers. Some real head bangers!! Got me tapping my foot and bobbing my head!! It's somewhat dark, but well lit with all the neon signs and tvs. The booths were also really comfy. The waitress I had was amazing. Super nice. Checked on me frequently, since I was the only one there for a while. Very conversational. Great at small talk, so thanks. Knew the menu well. They have daily happy hours of beers, some food. And being a Tuesday, it was taco Tuesday!!!! Tacos were $2.50 each. I ordered one of each and they came out early quick. Feels like the ones you get right off the streets of LA (in a good way). Lots of protein. Packed with toppings. Double tortillas. More sauce on the side. They were all really good!! I had a couple of their beers. Had one on tap, an IPA, as well as another one in a bottle. Vibes here are really cool. It was nice just to sit back, kind of put my feet up and chill. Everyone was super nice. Upon request they can turn on the volume of any of the games. Unfortunately, someone requested the soccer game to be played on blast. Which killed the music. But I had been there a good 1.5 hrs by then, and I guess that was my cue to leave. And it only took an hr and 10 min to get home, mission accomplished!!”

“Food came so quickly! But, I would say it was slightly overpriced. The quality is amazing, my favorites are Norwegian Benedict, California Omelette, and Crispy French Toast. I highly recommend it.”

“First, let's talk about parking. It's not too bad. They offer one-hour parking on the side as well as two-hour parking in the garage. That's fantastic, then. We arrived at the bar at 6:15 p.m., despite our reservations being for 7 p.m., just to hang out and have a few drinks. Happy hour is from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., which was great. We had the Sancharita, and it was really good. I suggest that cocktail if you enjoy a good combined tequila and jalapeño beverage. It was a wise decision for us to wait to place our order after being seated rather than placing our order at the table.”

“Delicious Kibbeh Nayyeh. If you don't like raw meat, you can order Kibbeh, that comes deep fried and it is also delicious. You should have your meal with their Lebanese beer named Almaza. “I'm not sure where to start. I'm a sushi snob no doubt. LA has great sushi at all price levels. At the high end, you have to be unique and have the best ingredients. Sushi Iki which only does omakase does it better than just about anybody in town. Eddie, the owner and chef, is 79 with the energy of a 19 year old and he knows his fish. Be prepared to try new things, sir back and watch Eddie work his magic. If you want more info on anything you're eating, he'll tell you. If you want to treat yourself to some of LA's top sushi, don't miss this Michelin rated, one man show! An LA treasure for sure!”

“Absolutely loved dining at TLV Tapas. The Mediterranean / Israeli tapas style experience was a culinary adventure. Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented but the Sea Bass was by far the best Sea Bass I have ever tasted. I would also highly recommend the Jerusalem Bagel with Hummus. The ambiance was inviting and upbeat, perfect for sharing plates with friends or family. The staff was super attentive and friendly and made some great drinks recommendations The overall dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish, can't wait to come back for more!”

“Impromptu Sushi dinner.Wife loves sushi and this place was recommended to us by a friend. Which is great as it is right down the street from our house. It’s right next to Zankou chicken and their is plenty of free parking.Fortunately, we found two spots at the bar and it was the best seat in the house. On a Wednesday night, this place was packed. They do have outdoor seating with heaters but the action is on the inside. The inside was semi-loud, lively, fast paced and close quarters filled with enjoyment. It was a great atmosphere to be in.The menu is filled with many delights and they had an extra fresh board for more fish, and rolls…Great variety of food.The chefs were completely amazing. You can see they enjoy their craft. Lots of banter with the customers and they themselves. It was nice to see their chemistry together and their love for creating delicious food. Great team!The food itself was fresh, tasty and nice size portions. The prices are not cheap but you get what you pay for in Woodlands Hills. It was quality fish and the prices reflect that. I would definitely be back to try different rolls.”

It used to be serviced on a larger roll but this time it was more like a skinny baguette. They were also light on the cheese. I've been there three times for different event dinner events, each time my husband and I have not been disappointed. I love the brussels sprouts while my husband raved about the bone marrow appetizer. The salmon was on point and so was the Korean BBQ plate. The presentation is also well done. We look forward to our next dinning experience there.”

“My friends and I came here last night to grab dinner. I arrived first and was able to find parking alright in their small parking lot. This place just open recently at their new location since there were signs. When I walked in, I told her my friend made reservation for a party of 6 and got seated right away. The inside not that big but it's a decent size and I notice there was only 1 waitress working. When my friends joined, she started giving us water and the bread which was delicious when hot. They were able to accommodate for separate checks so that's always a win-win, just be aware that if you pay by credit card that there a 4% transaction fee. I got the Bistec A Lo Pobre and on the menu it said there no substitute but the waitress asked me what I wanted for my sides so I asked for double fries. Two of my friends got the Lomo Saltado and my other friend got the Fettuccine Dos Sabores. We all thought our dishes were delicious, the seating was spot on and the portion were a good size. We would gladly come back but also be aware that there also a convenient fee as well that they add to the check for some reason. Since we were a party of 6, tip at 15% was already included. I don't agree with the 4% transaction fee and the convenient fee but I can just subtract it from the tip amount.Vegetarian options: There are some healthy choices here.Parking: The plaza where this place is in does not have alot of parking spaces but you might be lucky if you come at night time since most shops in the plaza are closed.Kid-friendliness: This place is kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible.”

“So, I've been craving a wrap from here for a couple of weeks and last night was THE NIGHT. We ordered over the phone (2 laffa Falafel wraps) and I picked them up on my way home from work. First, their prices must have gone up because it was $37 for the order. No problem. I love these wraps. When we were ready to eat, we realized they were quite a bit smaller. (Not that we can finish a whole one on our own but these were a lot smaller) we opened up the bags and saw that they were pita sandwiches. So we called and explained that we received the wrong order and you know what? THEY MADE IT RIGHT. We didn't want to drive back the 15 minutes to pick up the correct sandwiches so they delivered the order to our home. I didn't expect this..We've always loved this place and love it even more now. Thank you Hummus Bar and Grill!!”

“This review is specifically for their lobster hand roll! This is the only reason I come to Crazy Tokyo. It is the best lobster hand roll I've ever had. I normally just order for take out for a quick little snack to crave my hunger. I've tried some of their other sushi options... let's just say the Valley had other higher quality sushi spots. In addition, I find it kind of shocking that they charge you extra for a side of spicy Mayo and eel sauce.”

“I've had a lot of donuts in my life and this place has to be my favourite! The donuts aren't too sweet and they are super soft. The owners are really nice and they keep the place super clean. “Every time my partner and I go to dine here, we're always welcomed by the same two gentlemen who work in the evenings. They're always very polite and attentive. This last time we went there, my partner had the hot turkey sandwich, which he loved, and I built my own breakfast plate which consisted of two sunny side up eggs, two sausage links and two creamy pancakes. The pancakes were huge and delicious. Love that one can get breakfast later on in the day if one desires that. As always, their plate portions are huge, even if you order from the little less section, which is not bad.”

“I love this place, I have been coming here for a few years now. I mainly come here for breakfast and every dish I tried so far is delicious. The portions are a decent size and the pricing is great. The service has always been perfect, they do a great job serving the customers when it’s super busy in the morning. If you come after 10 am be ready to wait over 45 minutes minimum. The best time to arrive is before 9 am wait time can vary from 15-25 minutes.”

Ordered the Number 11- Bacon Swiss Crispy Chicken Sandwich Combo with fried zucchini substituted for fries. The zucchini was crispy and hot. The house dressing was cool and complemented the zucchini.Saved the sandwich for last and it was still piping hot and delicious. Chicken was hot out of the fryer and crispy, bacon delicious and the lettuce and tomato was cool and crunchy. The bun sealed the deal.At this rate, I may need to stop here more often for lunch.”

“Great service usually every time I drive through, always served with a smile. Only once did I have a less stellar experience there and they apologized and went out of my way to ensure all was good. And the issue was due to another customer adjusting their order at window. I love the Southern California style with the outdoor ordering window if you prefer waking up. “Service is great and the staff are friendly, they miss basic condiment requests that have been asked when Im ordering and forget napkins and straws sometimes and sometimes I don't have the opportunity to check while I'm there as there's a line behind me and I have to be on my way and I don't notice until I get the opportunity to sit and eat once I'm able to and realize things are missing. Sometimes I order large fries and it's filled halfway or they give me the last of a batch I presume because sometimes I get mainly small bits and hard fries that aren't normally served, even when I request no pickles on my burger I still get them”

“When road-tripping, I find myself often in need of a Sausage McMuffin with Egg or two. Luckily for me McDonalds gives you a chance for BOGO sandwiches with every order. All you do is go is take a quick survey by following the instructions on the top of your receipt and you get a code for BOGO sandwiches! I've been doing this Smart Money hack for years and even put it on my money saving blog. But now things have changed, probably due to COVID. Sometimes I'll go to a McDonalds and they will give one excuse or another as to why they can't honor the coupon. Not here. In fact, the manager went out of her way to personally take and deliver my order! I watched as her kitchen staff worked their hearts out back in the kitchen. They were a well-oiled machine and you could see they worked as a team. My food was hot and fresh. It tasted amazing! The only gripe about this location is the restroom was out of toilet paper, but the food and service were top-notch!”

“Went to Tarzana Cafe Bakery for the first time last week after eating at Label's Deli next door. Two things need to be addressed here. First is that the Deli next door is actually called Famous Label's Deli which is beyond ridiculous. It is not Famous. It is sub-standard, plain, and nothing special believe me. Secondly, the name of Tarzana Cafe Bakery is being confused with Tarzana Bakery. They are one and the same and confusing to people using this app. I tried to correct this using edit but it doesn't understand probably because there are several businesses in this strip mall, all with the same address of 19003 Ventura Boulevard. Anyway this Bakery seems good. We tried 2 items and they were good. The man at the front said it was Armenian but previous reviews state that it's a Persian Bakery. So who knows? I'd recommend not buying the full size Cakes, they look old and dry.”

“Had my pizza delivered directly from them. No delivery fees which is awesome! I ordered the 14" Vegetarian Pizza, substituted for vegan cheese, and added fresh basil and honestly this was best pizza I have had in a long time. The crust was crispy and soft all at the same time. The guy gave some cheese but not enough for the fries to be covered, the meat was also scarce. There wasn't anyone there so it was quiet, but I preferred to eat outside on the bus bench. Service was good, I think, because I spoke his language he treated me nicely. I still felt ripped for this one. Price was fair... I did get full... it's not going to be the last time I go here simply because of one bad experience.”

“The Buffalo chicken sandwich I ordered from this location was juicy, had the perfect amount of sauce and the order came up quickly. The staff at this location are friendly and helpful and provided friendly service. The tables were clean and the soda machine had a wide variety of flavors. I ordered regular Coca Cola with light ice and had pickles and ranch for my sandwich. All in all, a perfect experience at an affordable price. I will be back soon to get some wings!”
