We ordered at the counter and they delivered the finished sandwiches to our table. But the first bite of my sandwich (a Buenos Aires) told me this place is very good! Steak, grilled mushrooms, peppers, cheese and chimichurri sauce on a telera roll--absolutely delicious! It came with freshly prepared potato chips that were also very good. My friend ordered a Health Nut sandwich with a side order of French fries. She was very happy with it, but then she has been getting sandwiches delivered from The Carving Board for a long time. This is a great sandwich place! My one suggestion? Get better signage so that the drivers on busy Ventura Boulevard can see that you are there!“
“Ike's has the best vegetarian subs around! Well, from what I've tried anyway. Few months back I tried their Freddy Krueger sandwich (not vegetarian) on their dutch crunch and it was great. The dutch crunch is delicious. I also tried their James and the giant peach recently and it'll be my go-to anytime I visit for sure! All the ingredients come together perfectly and the vegan fried chicken is good too! Their sandwiches come with a candy (caramel apple lollipops) and as someone with a sweet tooth, I love it. It’s a little hole in the wall stop with no indoor dining but they have a few tables and chairs outside with a very small parking lot.The service was just okay. I recommend calling ahead because they do get busy!I got the Italian sub for my parents who were in town and a chicken salad for me. The chicken salad was just okay. After reading more reviews, I wish I had gone with the pastrami because that one seems most popular. “Love the Lokal Dac Biet Banh Mi (Old Skool) and their milk tea with boba. They always hit the spot! Everything is super consistent and tasty. Their milk tea boba is actually just as good as a boba shop. I got less sweet and less ice — it was perfect. There are two types of Dac biet you can get, one has more toppings like pork floss and more meat while the other is a more basic Dac biet. Read the description before you order to make sure you get the one you want. Chicken is also good. They have other food items too like sandwiches and pancakes. I just haven’t checked them out because I always get the banh mi — and honestly I don’t think I will. Nothing wrong on their part but the banh mi is too good and always exactly what I want.Most of the banh mi comes with mayo, pate, or both. They’re not always listed out when you’re ordering from an app. They allow modifications so just make sure you let them know somehow (either denote it or write it out in the online order text box).“

“This place is absolutely AMAZING! They have, hands down, some of *the* best turkey sandwiches in the country. It’s like Thanksgiving dinner, in a roll, year round. Staff is warm, attentive and very professional. The atmosphere is pretty good as well. The music is loud enough for you to hear it, but low enough to be able to have a conversation with your family and friends without having to scream. Also, it’s “clean” music (no cursing), so it’s a pretty decent place to bring young kids. The establishment seems clean and well kept. I highly recommend their gravy. Dunking your Bobbie in it before taking a night bite is life changing.“

It's probably better to place your order online, go in and pick it up, then sit down and eat it. It's probably more efficient. However, I like having the offline experience. Hubby had a wrap, the elite it's new, I had the Italian herb and cheese foot long bread, and chose #8 garlic with olive oil, honey mastard and garlic oile my veggies, our lil one had kids meal, that was a good deal 6 inch sub, snack, cookie and juice. For the most part, it was tasty. However, too much SALT got from the grilled chicken, not to sure if the bread herb and cheese would have contributed and hubby said same thing SALT, thankfully the veggies helped and I am glad I didn't take the bacon. Subway take that into consideration, wherever you all source your rotisserie chicken from. Imagine eating this daily that sodium, can be a problem, for one, send up a person blood pressure, so be mindful when ordering. Our meal cost altogether $37.15 and he filled it up which was great. We got cookies, as combos are no longer available for the wrap or footlong. It has been a minute since I had a subway like 4 yrs ago. ??♀️, so this was news to me. The regular chocolate chip cookie was good. The double chocolate has a brownie taste, too much sugar for me. I would definitely visit again, probably try tuna or meatballs. I ordered online and told the guy making my order for extra veggies and that it was okay to squish the sandwich because I know it will be hard to close. I'm pretty sure he put extra sauce on the sandwiches which was really nice, and it was a fat sandwich.
