I received the ultimate steak pocket. The ingredients are wonderful, but you need a fork to finish it because it was oversalted (which the friendly owner verified and offered to correct), and it was crumbling at the end. The portion and price are both reasonable. For now, I'll give it four stars.
Decided to try Pockets on my lunch break today and I will certainly be back again! I was greeted immediately by the woman at the counter. She is so kind and made sure my sandwich would be exactly what I wanted. We also had friendly conversation while I waited for my food and she recommended other vegetarian options for next time. I got the veggie wrap and it was fantastic, you can tell that there is a lot of care put into the food and the service.
