“I’ve been to this Firehouse Subs location twice now, and both visits were great experiences. The customer service really stood out — the staff was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and took the time to greet us and offer suggestions from the menu. You can tell they care about making customers feel appreciated.

The restaurant itself was very clean and well kept, and the food was excellent. I especially enjoyed the Pepperoni Meatball Sub — it was flavorful, hot, and made perfectly.

Overall, this is a wonderful location with a great team working there. I’ll definitely be coming back many more times. Highly recommend!“

“Fantastic Bánh mì - pork and pâté Just $4.75. The baguette was perfect. Crusty outside soft in the middle. The vegetables on the sandwich were so fresh and crunchy. Mayo is included on the sandwich, but there was so little I hardly noticed. This sandwich did not need anything else. I’m going back to try the rest of them. 9-10 varieties Bánh mì. 10 inch roll. I ate half in the Am and half at lunch. Again, just $4.75!“

“Good experience in the store. Employees were friendly and tentative. It did get a little busy and while ordering I was cut off just so my order taker could answer another employee who picked up a phone call. Usually, you want to take care of customers in the store before handling a phone call lol. Overall, clean, prices are average for this area and food was delicious.“

“I gave this subway a second chance and this time they didn’t disappoint staff was much nicer and the place was more clean. The food was pretty good. They just need to get more staff during busy hours there was a really long line during lunch time.“

“Wednesday Night, after being at the hospital with my Cancer fighting brother, I was so hungry and in my own world in my head and walked in to JMs.
As I ordered my sandwiches, this lovely girl just pulled me out of my misery by just asking me about my day.
At first I just said fine, not wanting to talk, but she asked it so sweetly and insisted on talking about work. I told her about my hospital visit and the whole crew came out and we started talking about how beautiful the sandwiches looked, she didn't miss a spot and and her co workers said 2 years experience building these beauties, I laughed. The other 2 girls did all they could to keep me smiling.
