He was courteous, professional, and had the kind of attitude that’s just contagious. You could tell immediately: this man enjoys and I’d even say loves what he does.

Josiah was fast, efficient, and personable. He handled everything with a big smile, and it made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. When we finished ordering, he thanked us and told us to enjoy our meal, and I actually went back afterward just to say thank you again.
