“Great food, Great outside patio. Counter service is good, once you get your food though best not expect anything else in terms of service. We asked for the heater to be turned on and some ketchup...still waiting. This has been my experience pretty much everytime.“

She was super friendly, patient, and made the whole experience way better. Great attitude, fast service, and you could tell she really cared about the customers. People like her make you actually want to come back. Shake Shack is lucky to have her!“

“Went to Fat Sal's in Encino and okay… the sandwiches are MASSIVE 😭 like we did not expect that lol.
The flavors were really good, super loadd and satisfying. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is the wait was a little long and it got pretty crowded.
But honestly for the price and the portion size its totally worth it. Well be back for sure, just maybe at a quieter time 😄“

“We wanted a quick lunch and we it was late in the afternoon and we decided that poke would be good, and this place was delightful.The fish was fresh and tasty. The kale noodles were wonderful and the pineapple smoothie with boba was amazing. If I get out that way again I'll go back“

“Good stuff! Philly Classic. If you want everything on it, make sure you order the right one. I had a Philly Cheesesteak in NY, right off a street cart and it had everything on it. I guess that's why I thought a Classic had everything.
Regardless, this place was great!“

Like most Starbucks locations, it can get busy and the wait can vary depending on the time of day. Overall, it’s a solid everyday coffee stop and one I’d use again.“
