“This burger spot is nothing fancy at all just an extremely great burger. First of all when you arrive all you see is a small shack no seating area and usually there’s a line. Although there is a wait, I would suggest you be patient, place your order and just wait for a really really good burger. Don’t expect french fries as they don’t have any on their menu only chips. The menu is pretty simple, but you will not be disappointed. They only take cash and they only have street parking“

“Don’t blink, you may drive by one of the truly hidden gems here by Van Nuys Airport. Bring an appetite, sizes are mini, small, and large. I went with a small pastrami with cheese. The small is a sizable portion for an adult. Next time I would hold the onions and tomatoes. The pastrami is delicious. It paired well with the mustard and pickles.“

“A nice, family owned Thai restaurant with good prices and massive portions. This is a great place to go if you’re waiting for your appointment at SDI across the street. I had the pad thai without egg to make it vegan and they happily accommodated. Will come back again.“

“I have been coming to this location for a few years whenever I'm in the valley. The restaurant was bought by a family and is family-owned. A few changes were made but good overall. We love the breakfast at this location, great value and a good breakfast selection. I support small businesses and hope this becomes a success story. Coming back soon for clam chowder on Friday.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in and out of the location“

“They smelled so good, it was almost impossible to wait until I got home to eat them! The wings range from average to BIG, they were cooked absolutely perfectly, the sauce (buffalo) was delicious, and the price per wing is pretty unbeatable at this time. Definitely give this place a shot if you're a wing fan!“
“Okamoto Kitchen catered my daughters graduation party and it was a huge hit! The spicy tuna rice cakes are my favorite. Everyone love the katsu chicken sandwich and the yanky burger! Cheese mochi and fries were also a big hit! Gerald and Chizuru were great to work with and accommodated all our needs!Thank you!“

“We decided to take Chipson to our favorite In-N-Out in Lake Balboa. Again, it NEVER matters which location we go to, the service and food is ALWAYS stellar!
We get six Flying Dutchmen with one slice of cheese and whole grilled onions. Generally, they come with two slices of cheese but one slice is enough. This way you can eat them as burgers.
As a default, we get either two Animal Style Fries or one Animal Style Fry and one plain fry. We eat like royalty here on a dime. It fits our lifestyle! Always a pleasure visiting an In-N-Out with a dining area! The staff is always nice and courteous whichever one we visit. Keep up the great work!“

“Got the last sángüiches de miga mixtos in the fridge this time. Was not dissappointed. Gentleman that attended to me had a sense of humor and made me happy to be a customer. They have expanded the seating since I've been there last. Maybe time to dine in very soon.“

“Met with a group of about 20 and had reserved the back room. Staff was great and efficient getting everybody fed and coffees filled. Everything went very well.
Parking: Massive lot with lots of empty spots. I find it hard to believe the lot is ever filled except when they are filming there, and I understand they do regularly.“
“Amazing service. This was my second time using this company. It’s very hard to find someone to service a smaller home-use espresso maker, but these people know what they’re doing and are happy to help. Bryant even made me a latte on site when I dropped off my machine. Highly recommend.“

“The rare steak and brisket pho was delicious, and the portions were generous. Parents had the vegan pho and the jjam pho, and they really liked their choices. The egg rolls and the vegetable fried rice were quite good as well. Very friendly service. I'll be coming back here for sure.“

“i had been wanting to try this place for a long time & finally got the chance earlier this week. there was a short line, but it moved quickly.got it to go, as there are no tables or chairs. (not sure if it was just like that the day i went, cuz it was close to closing, or if they just don't offer outdoor seating anymore?)anyway, the chicken & salsa verde were super tasty. (i didn't try the rice, beans, tortillas, or any other menu items, so i can't rate any of those.)but just based on what i had, & the price paid for it, i would absolutely go back!...now that I'm thinking about it, i kinda wish i got it tonight for dinner.too late now. damn. lol“

“I have known about Mongolian BBQ & Grill ever since I was a student at Los Angeles Valley College, which is right across from this restaurant. I eat here from time to time. Here is my breakdown of this place:Location &
Parking: Located across Los Angeles Valley College, Mongolian BBQ & Grill is a small and very discreet “hole-in-the-wall” restaurant meaning you sometimes may be the only customer there. It is located in a plaza and parking is always available.Service Experience: Once inside, the owner greets you creating a welcoming atmosphere. He’s attentive and helpful, particularly in refilling requested meats promptly. The restaurant follows a “Do It Yourself” concept where customers assemble their 2 bowls with a selection of meats, vegetables, noodles, and sauces. The staff are friendly and willing to offer guidance if needed for those who are new to the place. Note that additional charges apply for overfilled or extra bowls. There is also a nearby hand sanitizer to sanitize your hands before and after handling tongs.Menu and Food Selection: The restaurant’s format allows customers to choose their preferred ingredients, providing clear instructions displayed above the selection bar. The noodles, vegetables, sauces, and egg fried rice are delicious, although the meat quality sometimes is not the best, occasionally proving difficult to chew. I have attached pictures of the food and menu.Budget-Friendly Experience: Despite the occasional issue with the meat texture, the overall value for the price is acceptable, especially considering the reasonable pricing. This restaurant provides a cost-effective alternative to mall-based Mongolian BBQ places, offering late hours compared to those typically found within malls which close pretty early.Overall Recommendation: For a budget-friendly Mongolian BBQ experience, Mongolian BBQ & Grill is a great choice. While the meat quality might vary, the noodles & vegetables, affordability, and late operating hours make it a worthwhile option for those seeking Mongolian BBQ outside mall settings. I love supporting small business and this is one of them. I am very surprised this restaurant is still operating after so many within this plaza have come and gone.
Vegetarian options: Variety of vegetables to choose from
Parking: Plenty of parking within the plaza“
