I heard about this food truck originally since they go to FGC (fighting game community) events. One of the founders is a fighting game player himself. I had the great opportunity to try them out because they came all the way out to Arizona even though they are originally based out in southern CA. My go-to place for food at Anime Expo and other anime events. I always enjoy their katsu curry sandwich. The chicken cutlet has a nice balance of crispy and juiciness and goes well with the curry. They sometimes also have other items as well, such as the yanki burger and curry rice, that are just as delicious and filling as the sandwich. I don't usually do the food truck thing but I saw that they would be pretty close to work so 3 of us went to check it out. We all ordered different things and we were all happy with our food. The owner was nice too. I definitely recommend.
