“Great service, food, prices and a very clean eatery. They give free chips and salsa. The staff were very friendly. I ordered their chicken and shredded beef enchiladas. They were stuffed with meat and topped with fresh lettuce, avocado and cheese. Their crunchy taco was the same. Great place to get fresh made to order food for the same price you’d pay if you went to a fast food spot.“

“One of my favorite Mariscos places. The shrimp coctails are soo packed with shrimp unlike most places that give you 5 or 6 shrimp.. Both the Fish & the shrimp tacos are huge. They give you free chips and Salsa when u dine in and The salsa is so good I always go through 2 bowls! The service is fast and the girls that work there are super nice. Been going here for 20 years. It is CASH ONLY but the 711 next door has an ATM. It's also kind of small so it gets packed quickly depending on the time and day.

Parking: This place is in a small plaza with many small businesses so parking is usually full but there's a lot of in & traffic so if you wait a couple minutes you should find a spot to park.“

“The food is always good, and the staff is super attentive and friendly. That is one of the reasons I have never felt the need to speak with management about anything.

However, I’m not sure if it is this restaurant’s policy, or if it is part of a newer way of doing things, but I’ve noticed that before we pay our bill, we are asked to tell our server what we will be tipping. If we are paying by card, it seems like the tip is addressed before we actually complete the payment.

I have been here enough times to notice that this seems to be something only one specific server does. I have to admit, I dread getting her as our server because I find the interaction a little uncomfortable and, honestly, somewhat rude. I’ve never experienced this with any of the other servers, which is why I’m not sure if it is an individual practice or an actual restaurant policy.

Aside from this particular interaction, I would honestly give this place a 10 out of 10. My family loves it, and I do too, which is why I’ve always just let it go. I’m only mentioning it because it has happened enough times that I felt it was worth bringing up. I really hope this can be addressed because otherwise, we absolutely love coming here.“

“Our sandwich was amazing! The salsa verde was extremely fresh, the bun was toasted to a nice crisp and the sandwich was delicious. We honestly didn't know what to expect when we pulled into the strip mall where it was located in Van Nuys. We were pleasantly surprised and we will come back!“

The waitresses are genuinely kind, attentive, and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. A man came in, clearly hungry, and offered the waitress something he had in exchange for food. Without hesitation, she was ready to give him a couple of tacos, and before she could, another customer stepped in and paid for his meal.

Self reminder: the suadero is good, but the lengua tacos are my fav. You can ask for the al pastor extra crispy. The strawberry agua fresca is quite sweet, even for me.“

“Must try mexican location . Have tried the quesa birria tacos combo with homemade tortillas very cheesy and the camarones a la Diabla .
Shrimps were cooked to perfection and the sauce was spicy and flavorful. Get the combo homemade refried beans and mexican rice and a side of 4 homemade tortillas.

Don’t listen to that Jessica lady. She is clearly a self entitled person judging from her other negative reviews. Food tasting off? Never.
