“Randomly craved quesadillas for breakfast (ikr) and was skeptical due to the massive L’s I’ve taken in every genre of food in LA recently. So I chose a food truck nearby and pulled up bc of the amazing reviews. Boy did I make the right decision. Maggie the cashier was so nice and asked me how my morning was, very upbeat service. Food came out in perfect timing and was one of the best quesadillas I had in a minute, if not years. I will be visiting again. 10/10 ⭐️“

“We had a fantastic dinner at Casa Vega last night for their September 10th anniversary special, featuring the #1 House Combo for just $2.15—the original 1956 price. The special was amazing, and it was such a fun way to celebrate a Sherman Oaks institution. The staff was also incredibly accommodating and graciously added one more person to our party at the last minute, which we really appreciated. The food was excellent across the board, the service was great, and the new outdoor patio is a beautiful addition—not only to Casa Vega, but to Sherman Oaks. A great night at a true Valley classic. We'll definitely be back.“

On top of it they give you things to put on top are also really good cooked onions can with it and some bean over the top good. BTW Thursday tacos are $1.25 each how cheap is that! The curry dip was hearty and creamy and paired perfectly with the crunchy roti. The fried rice was the perfect balance of fresh produce and indulgent fried goodness. It's the kind of amazing dish that leaves you feeling satiated but not bloated! All of my compliments to the chef.

This is more than a simple taco stand it’s a full service marisqueria. My friend from Sinaloa which I consider a Mariscos expert brought me here and it’s delicious, excellent customer service. The waitresses are smoking hot and super authentic and delicious. I feel like I’m in Rosarito beach eating seafood here. So good. I highly recommend this place. This place is way too empty for the quality of food that they serve. Try the Aguachile. I asked for mild spice and they complied. I can’t handle too spicy. 🌶️“
