“Good tacos and they stack it with meat!! All hand made tortillas. I got nothing but Al Pastor the meat was good. I tried their Sope it was giant for $5 and a quesadilla ($10) which was stacked. Definitely be coming back nice hard working people. I paid with cash not sure if they take card.

I tried the Adobada (Pork al pastor) &
Pollo asado (Grilled chicken) tacos and the Carne asada (Grilled steak) Vampiro which was like a tostada sandwich with melted cheese on one side.

I dipped them all in the morita and fresa sauces which both carried a little spice. The fresa is supposed to be the spicy sauce of the house but I felt that the heat was comparable in both and they were equally delicious in different ways.

Everything was so good that I immediately went back in ordered another carne asada taco.

They all come with guacamole, onions and cilantro.

“Exactly what you want from your street taco experience. Made fresh on site right in front of you, great people, great flavor, and a great value. We got quesadillas for the kids (which I ended up eating the leftovers of), and 5 tacos - 2 beef, 1 chicken, 1 pork, and 1 fish. All were fantastic!“

“It’s 6:40 on a Saturday night and I’m alone in this taco shop. I can’t understand that. Maybe it’s a K-town secret.
The food has excellent flavor. I ordered the carne asada bowl. The crunchies in top are special. It’s delicious, but the steak is a little chewy. It’s a lot of food for a reasonable price. The red salsa is super tasty, but use caution with the yellow salsa. She’ll make you cry.
I’ll probably come back tomorrow and order the chicken.

“Fair prices, really great staff, great variety for food, definitely suggest the horchata it's amazing and they don't give a whole cup of ice. It's unfortunate that they only take cash but they are set up right next to a Ralph's grocery store so it's not too hard to get. Will be coming back!“

“WORTH ALL THE HYPE!

Sadly that also meant be prepared to wait in long line especially on peak dinner time, which was right at their opening time. We did come on Saturday which probably made it worse.

Nothing fancy, it’s basically occupying a spot on the Pavilion’s parking lot at Hollywood. Quite limited chairs provided so it’s not uncommon seeing people eating while standing or using their car’s trunk.

We got their crowd’s favorite Ribeye and Flank Steak, both of which were indeed so so good in their own ways. Chunky juicy meats on top of the blue corn tortilla. Everything’s cooked fresh to order and they didn’t go complicated with sauce on top of your taco, which even made the meat more stand out, being so flavorful on its own.

If you felt like us and wanna try something beyond beef, certainly go for their Al Pastor, which was also luscious and I’d definitely come back again for.

Don’t forget opt for extra melted cheese on your taco!“

So helpful with recommendations when asked, provides great detail, and is so enthusiastic about the incredible menu. Tocaya at 2nd & PCH has lovely, fresh, bright, clean food. The menu is unique and flexible. You get to choose the protein you want, the cheese you want, whether or not you want your dish to be vegan. So many options and super tasty food! My friend really enjoyed the VEGAN Asada & VEGAN Tinga tacos. I loved my Taco Salad with gluten-free, battered & fried mahi-mahi (that was so, so scrumptious) with Queso Fresco. I swapped and got the cilantro lime dressing (instead of the roasted poblano dressing) and my bowl of goodies was delicious. We shared and relished the Street Corn and the (VEGAN) Queso & Chips. We were both shocked to find the Queso was VEGAN; it’s that good! We also tried the vegan Crema, just to check it out — SO yummy. AND the obviously homemade chips were mouthwatering. “10 out of 10. Lovely people and great food. I come here multiple times a week and have been coming here for about 5 years. I love getting their nachos and they are always down to give it to me with the chips separate than the rest of it so I don't have to eat all of it immediately and have it be soggy.

I recommend the fish tacos the most! They're surprisingly filling and two usually does the trick and then I have leftovers for the next day. The strawberry lemonade agua fresca is also excellent I tried it for the first time a couple days ago.

They take venmo but they also take card now on a little square reader and of course cash. They are fast and friendly and have good condiments and salsas available.

I used to drive a mile from Burbank around once a month but now I live like three blocks away and I come way too often. Super affordable high quality as well and I'm trying meats I've never tried before“

“Take your time gathering any of the many sauces and things. It went take long for your order to be ready, just pause and collect then return to grab all the sauces but yet bagged. Limes, cilantro&onions, salsa fresco, salsa Verde, salsa roja x2, radishes, grilled pepper and onions, crema, and more. All the things to make the meal your own.
A note about the carne asada fries (or any meat fry), is the use of a cheese sauce instead of fresh shredded cheese which some may like but not I. I'm guessing you can substitute the cheese for the desired experience.
This taco truck is worth a retry. The crowd certainly approves and has the right frame if reference to judge a taco truck. Rarely have I seen a throng of people eating at tables beside such food trucks let alone the steady stream of customers. Festive and lively, those customers add to the positive vibes of this sidewalk eatery. Just be sure you're at the right taco truck!“

“I never knew there was a Homestate near by, I took my family there after I went to a couple of yelp events where Homestate was featured and loved their tacos, but I have never tried their hibiscus limeade. This was refreshing and amazing. My tijuana pather (brisket taco) fell apart but it was so good. Honestly, I've had several of their tacos and forth worth is my favorite. The potato taco was also decent. These tacos are messy because it is filled. You will leave full after 2 tacos.

The service was also great. They accidently left the bacon in the forth worth and fixed it right away. Even offered 2 cookies because it was busy and had to wait. That's great customer service.

I will be making this location a favorite for tex mex tacos.

Also parking is better after 6, it's only 30 mins prior right in front. This is downtown culver city so there's several lots and I'm not entirely sure about parking in the neighborhood, so just check signs.“

This place has one of the best pastor tacos in LA. Their meats are well seasoned and are not dry. Their salsas have great flavor and heat.

The lines can be long but it is worth the wait. You just can't beat this place when it comes to taste, quality, and price.“

We ordered three plates: two 3-birria taco combo plates and one order of vampire tacos with chorizo. We tried all the sauces that came with them, along with a 24-ounce horchata.

“This has to be the best burrito I’ve had in SoCal. It’s a great concept to give the customer the open burrito to put in toppings of my choice and amount, then give it back for the employees to perfectly wrap up.

I got the asada and tripa burrito as well as an al pastor and pineapple mulita. All of it was cooked perfectly and with large portion sizes and great prices.

I will happily make the hour trip just to stop here again. This place should get an award.“

It comes with two tacos, a quesadilla, a vampiro, a mulita, plus totopos and guac. I also had the hibiscus rose drink and finished with the churros, which were the perfect sweet ending. Great portions, bold flavors, and not a single disappointing bite. I’ll definitely be back!“

“Quesataco is amazing!! So juicy and flavorful, it’s delicious every bite. Regular taco is delicious too if cheese ain’t ur thing but if it is, mulita is pretty good as well. “I really enjoyed my time at Alma and was there to celebrate my 4-year anniversary. Unfortunately, the experience at the front entrance started off on the wrong foot. The person at the entrance initially told me that I did not have a reservation before checking again and finding my name. That was very disappointing and has never happened to me before, even when making reservations at restaurants in places like NYC and Miami, FL. Thankfully, everything else about my experience was good, and I still enjoyed my dinner and celebration. My advice to anyone planning to visit Alma is to come early rather than waiting until it gets late and busy. It seems that when things get crowded, there is a possibility that you may be overlooked or that your reservation may not be immediately recognized, even if you made it properly. Overall, I enjoyed my evening, but the experience at the entrance could definitely be improved.“
