Kid-friendliness: It’s a taco truck so you can take your kids however it is on a public street so always be safe and hold tight to your babies. There are street sleepers around.“

“Rojo Bros Bakery is a hidden gem! Their sweet bread is always fresh, soft, and absolutely delicious. The variety is amazing, and everything we’ve tried has been excellent. My kids especially loved the cool cake pops they were fun, beautifully made, and tasted great! The staff is friendly, and the bakery has a welcoming atmosphere. If you’re looking for authentic, fresh pan dulce, I highly recommend stopping by. We’ll definitely be back!“

“Came in for a late breakfast. It was pretty busy but once through the line the food and the coffee came out fast. Breakfast tacos were very good. Lots of egg and thick, crispy bacon. Coconut cold brew was very tasty, sweet but not too sweet. Atmosphere insid3 is comfortable, but tables could have been wiped down. Altogether we really enjoyed it.“

“Definitely a solid taco truck. Parked next to a public park, didn’t have an aggressive homeless presence so I felt safe and enjoyed my meal at one of the local benches.

Everything was delicious but the stars of the show were definitely the asada, Al pastor and fish tacos. The shrimp taco is prepared just like the fish taco, but fish was the definite winner. As for the chicken, it was fine, just nothing to write home about. All in all 8.5/10“

“I’ve been coming here for years, and I stopped by again recently. Honestly, it’s just as good as I remember from a couple years ago. The burritos are still packed with flavor, the ingredients taste fresh, and the portions are solid. It’s nice to see that the quality hasn’t changed at all. The service was friendly too, and everyone was quick and welcoming. Definitely one of those places that’s stayed consistent over the years, and I’ll definitely keep coming back.“

This time I asked for guacamole on the side, so if i couldn't finish it, the chips won't get soggy. “If you like Breakfast Burritos you have to try these out. I got the Chilaquiles one and a couple salsa rojas to boot (Go Doyers). Fantastic. I usually resort to convenience and either get the small basic ones at Jack's or Mickey D's on my way to work. Those are easier to manage due to their smaller size, but it's always a Compromise. Not with these. I would eat this for dinner it's so good. That said, they might want to think about adding Small, Medium, and I'm Hungry sizes because there was no way I was going to drive and enjoy this food. Had to chill and enjoy it making me a little later to work but totally worth it. I will be back.“

I believe Taco n Madre may just have the very best, most authentic tasting tacos in east Mexico, at the very least the state of Quinta Roo. I recommend this location to any traveler visiting cancun and verturing inland off the beach. What a delicious experience the pastor tacos were the grilled Piña, the guac and pick and those sauces - take me back already!
