"Saltado" should be a Food Group. That....... Sauce.......... is what's had me Craving this Peruvian Dish since I tried it, back in 2009, at another restaurant.
I recommend Chios' Shrimp and Seafood Saltados to everyone I happen to discuss Latinx Food with. ALWAYS, extra Sauce.

Heard great things about this Peruvian spot and it lived up to the hype. The ceviche was amazing. We tried several dishes and everything was delicious. Staff was super friendly and patient with us first-timers. Highly recommend and will definitely come back!
Decent restaurant. Not very fancy but great Peruvian food. Portions are ok, not so much but the prices match what is served. For example the Lomo Saldato at 28 bucks is great.

Chios Peruvian Grill offers a mix of experiences. The food is excellent, with favorites like the shrimp chowder, ceviche mixto, and incredible pasta. Parking is available, but reservations are recommended. Overall, a place with great food and service, but with some room for improvement.
