To begin with, the half hour I waited after he told me to order on the computer because they don't have staff to take orders, something not the manager, it's the owner, about 5 customers left because they didn't want to and couldn't use the machine, half happy because it's Macdonald because Some people can't order from the machine and it turns out that today they have a sign that says no McDonald's refil, what is that, owner of this store, you are wrong.
Customer service is horrible!!!! Is a franchise store by Mcmarro but is not worth it!! Employees they get the order wrong, I have to tell him three times my order, I asume the cashier was alone doing three things getting the order on the front, getting drive thru and doing the fryer and you know what is understandable, what I don't like from team leader also cashier is they give us attitude that we are asking food for free, and we're paying them, I would said you there given us...read full review
