Don't go there they can't read the order menu give me the wrong order they have people waiting to long at the kiosk also the staff there is rude and disrespectful. Nobody was there smiling the prejudice there.

Same thing with every single Macdonalds, you ask for something.... we're out of it.....,never have regular mustard, you pay for French vanilla cream...and you get regular , every visit to any location...is always bad news, that's why I don't frequent these chain...almost

Excellent service on Friday I passed and the truth is they treated me well the girls were very friendly there were only two girls I passed by at night and it was busy they had a lot of orders and so they treated me very well ????Kid-friendliness: They have games for children

I hate the idea with this kiosk and the worker was rude, food not always good or hot I love McDonald's but not at this location, and the employees need to be taught better customer service

Admittedly I don't visit McDonald's frequently, as their prices are ridiculous for the quality you get, however during lent they have a $2.99 fish-o-filet I work nearby so I walked over. Upon arrival I see no humans only signs stating they are digital only you must order on a kiosk. So I did ,said you pay at the counter, but like I said there was no one at the counter and no one in my sight line to try and speak with. Finally 9 minutes later a human surfaces only to walk straight over to the kiosk to help someone struggling with the system. After he assists them they walk to the counter to pay so I get in line behind them to pay. After paying 4 minutes pass and my one item is ready. It took a total of 17 minutes to get this fast food item. What is the purpose of having the customer do everything if it doesn't lead to faster service? Won't be returning.

I had a very bad experience at this Mc Donalds. I purchased a cup of coffee. When I took it by the top to place it in the cup holder, the lid came off and spilled the whole cup all over the front seat and console of my car. Now anyone can make a mistake or be inattentive, but what happened next was not excusable to me. I attempted to contact the Franchisee and instead got a girl who said she was in charge named Sonia! She wouldn't give me a number for the Franchise owners. I then called Corporate and spoke with Customer Service. They heard me out and said I would be contacted by the Franchisees not the restaurant. I was called later that evening by a women who said she was in charge and told me no one worked there named Sonia! She heard me out and told she'd have a Manager call me in about 10 minutes. No one did. I called Corporate and they said their only obligation was to notify the Franchisee. This is A bad organization. They lie rather than deal with a customer service issue. I wasn't hurt by the Hot Coffee spilling on my hand. I cleaned up my car so there was no cost there. I just was asking for someone to take responsibility, obviously there is no accountability at this McDonald's, this Franchise owns several in the area. I will not be going to any of them again. They may not care as they are so big, but they have lossed my friends who agree this organization is not worthy of our hard earned dollars.

I come to this mc Donald's often and they don't have the best customer service but it's meh for me. But what bugged me about going today was the rude lady at the window. We made two transactions (one 40 nuggets with 2 large fries and a 6 piece happy meal)( 2nd transaction was 2 mc doubles, 2 apple pies, one caramel frappe and one caramel iced coffee). We came up to the window and this elderly Hispanic lady gave us the first order. Then she started passing us the second order (first the drinks). Then as my boyfriend was grabbing the food, I was tasting the caramel iced coffee we ordered. Kid you not the coffee tasted like that "coffee" it had no caramel flavor. So I told the lady that it didn't taste like caramel and she said "that's caramel, it has caramel" and proceeded to tell me that I have to shake it and stir it but I had already done that but she proceeded to tell me it had caramel. I'm telling her nicely that it doesn't, so she grabs it and comes back a second (literally a second lol) later and says "there I added more caramel." It looked the same -.- I still stirred it and sipped it and it was still the same!! This lady was actually being a real jerk! Then as she finished, she slams the window door at us. We still waited there till she came back because we wanted sauces. She opens it back up and says "did you need something else?" We asked if we can please get "ranch and buffalo" she says we put it in the bag already. But we wanted to get more and she says "we charge for the sauce" which is no problem. Like lady, you telling me this isn't going to make me run off Anyways the fact that she just proceeded to keep slamming the window at us and giving us attitude was very rude. Apart from that we get home and the fucking happy meal was missing the nuggets!!!!! Like! Lady said everything was in the bag, clearly she was lying! The receipt doesn't have her name on it but she was on one drive thru window.

Thank goodness the food is fresh, because every time I've come here it's taken at least 30-40 minutes to get my food. The staff doesn't seem to care that everyone waits for so long, and most times the kiosks malfunction. I only go here as a last resort.
