“I love Freddo. Their coffee and ice cream are fantastic (I love all of their Dulce de Leche flavors). Their empanadas, medialunas, and alfajores are great too. The people working there is nice and friendly. There is a nice patio in the back too. Parking can be tricky but you can always find a spot if you move away from Ventura. It’s open late too, so if you are looking for a espresso in the evening, this may be just the place for you“

I’m surprised this restaurant doesn’t have a five-star rating its at 4.6 yet the quality of food speaks for itself they get 5 stars from me. As a business owner, I deeply appreciate the outstanding customer service we received from our server, Erickson. His attentiveness and friendliness made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

“This pizza place deserves way more than 5 stars.

It was great to see how welcoming the owner was. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we had known him for years. He came out from the back shook my hand and took the time to listen as I described the type of pizza my boys like.

The place is small but give you a home like feel inside from the moment you walk in. The outdoor area in the back is a beautiful set up. One of my favorite parts was the side window where you can actually see the pizza being made.

The service was incredible, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the pizza itself was a true 10/10. The owner even came back out to wish us safe travels home, which says everything about the kind of place this is.

Places like this are rare nowadays. Its nice to walk into a business and feel genuinely welcomed, not just treated like another dollar coming through the door.

“Best vegan ice cream I have ever had! My husband really likes the non vegan options, but eats the vegan version because it tastes so good. They are super friendly in all of the locations I have visited, and you can try the ice cream before you make a final decision. I honestly thought I had a chosen favorite flavor, but I tried two new ones and now I’m at an ice cream standoff 😂. I think I’ll just go back and try them again to help make my decision!“

“Food was good! We ordered the Crispy chicken wrap with curly fries and the steak salad. Both were good, I don’t like blue cheese and there was some in the salad.

I used to get their iced vanilla latte religiously almost everyday then I tried other places and realized Aroma’s lattes are very milk heavy and I can barely taste the coffee. If I get coffee from them it’s a cold brew now.

Dessert is delicious! The chocolate chip cookies are goey and have a crunch .

I love the location it’s beautiful inside and out. It usually gets packed and there’s a line you have to wait in, but we went in at 5pm and it was pretty quiet. Found seating inside no issues, tables were clean, bathroom was clean. Service was quick!

“This small niche Mexican restaurant is indeed very authentic, I’ll say it in both languages just cause it’s that amazing, the chilaquiles are a perfect blend of slightly spicy with great taste! “This was my random coffee shop find today! Overall, very trendy vibe, it was really busy at all the tables when I went in, however, I was able to order my coffee right away and also get my turkey and cheese croissant warmed up. The salted caramel latte was quite delightful and the croissant ranks up there is one of my favorite turkey versions. Definitely recommend popping in here.“

“At first I liked this place because of the coffee they make (and be aware this saying someone who loves coffee, was a barista, and tried the drink in more than 10 different countries around the globe), it's genuinely good, smooth texture of espresso blended perfectly with milk.
But now I love this place because of the people who work there as well.
So the story is this: I was going for my coffee closer to their close time, about 4:30 pm.
Unfortunately as I found out when I get there they were closing earlier today, from what I heard someone had a Birthday party.
And I thought I would end up without the coffee today, but the owner of the place was there as well.
We had a small talk with three of us and they gave me a free latte.
I was going for the coffee, but was given such a warm gesture to push through another , gray and cold day of November.
