It’s open late too, so if you are looking for a espresso in the evening, this may be just the place for you”

“the size of a 4 top table in a booth being far too cramped for 3 men and a lady, the experience at Black Market was, again, top-notch. Lauren, the manager and many hat wearing server, took exceptional care of our table. Food was fired in the right order. We had courses come out at just the right times and great suggestions from the staff. The Korean bbq wings, the cauliflower, burrata with peaches, and the bolognese were perfectly cooked and delicious. Drinks are also fantastic - I had a classic Negroni. We'll be back .”

“Sushi Katsu-ya in Studio City is easily one of our top three favorite sushi restaurants. We come here 1–2 times a week, pretty much every week, and it has become our go-to sushi spot.

We usually keep our order pretty consistent: crispy rice with spicy tuna and a bunch of cut rolls. The cut rolls here are honestly some of the best we’ve had anywhere. Our favorites are the creamy salmon, spicy yellowtail, spicy albacore, and spicy tuna. Every one of them is consistently fresh, flavorful, and well made. From time to time we’ll switch it up with some of the specialty rolls or nigiri, and those have always been great as well.

The quality for what you pay is excellent, especially considering how consistently good everything is. After coming here as often as we do, that consistency is a big reason we keep returning.

But as much as we love the food, the staff is probably the biggest highlight for us. At this point we know pretty much the entire team, and everyone—from management and the hosts to the servers and chefs—is genuinely kind and welcoming. They always come by to say hello, welcome us back, and take great care of us. The service is consistently excellent, and there’s a warmth here that you don’t get at every restaurant.

We genuinely feel at home when we come to Katsu-ya. Great sushi, great value, an amazing staff, and a place we look forward to visiting every week. There’s a reason we keep coming back 1–2 times a week.”

“This pizza place deserves way more than 5 stars.

It was great to see how welcoming the owner was. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we had known him for years. He came out from the back shook my hand and took the time to listen as I described the type of pizza my boys like.

The place is small but give you a home like feel inside from the moment you walk in. The outdoor area in the back is a beautiful set up. One of my favorite parts was the side window where you can actually see the pizza being made.

The service was incredible, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the pizza itself was a true 10/10. The owner even came back out to wish us safe travels home, which says everything about the kind of place this is.

Places like this are rare nowadays. Its nice to walk into a business and feel genuinely welcomed, not just treated like another dollar coming through the door.

“Great meal. Family atmosphere. Drinks were good, food was good. We had several different dishes, all were good. Bass, crab fried rice, shrimp fried rice, lamb, saki bombs. All good.”

“You need reservations although they have a bar you can sit at but that gets crowded too. As Jon & Vinny’s is popular. They also have outdoor seating with heaters (if needed). A take out window at the back of the building where valet is.

The interior is modern, simple and clean. Every time I come in here idk why but it reminds me of the show “The Bear”. Maybe it’s cause everyone’s on top of it, services is quick, everything is calculated and very organized. I would assume so because they’re always busy and they gotta keep a smooth rhythm which you can tell.

Food is always delicious no matter what you order. Portions are a perfect amount. Pizza’s are 6 thin slices.

My favorite pasta is the Spaghetti Limone and Corn Ravioli two completely different flavors but each an explosion of unique flavors.

My favorite pizza is White Lightning although this time we ordered the pepperoni Little Nat’s which was great too.

Dessert wise all the cookies are great! I love the Nonna’s lemon cookie and the rainbow cookie. They used to have a dessert with olive oil I never got the chance to try it and it’s currently off the menu.

“First, I want to say that the restaurant is located in a beautiful area. Walking around the neighborhood was incredibly enjoyable and made the whole experience even better.

When it comes to the restaurant itself, I honestly don't have enough words to describe how amazing it was. I found out that the pasta is handmade rather than pre-made, and it's brought fresh from Italy every evening. That surprised me and made dining there even more special.

The pasta I ordered was prepared with white wine. The portion looked a bit small at first, but it was very filling and absolutely delicious.

I would also like to give special recognition to the manager. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, energetic, and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. We were even treated to a delicious pasta that wasn't yet on the menu, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I will definitely come back just for that pasta!

Everything was excellent—the atmosphere, the people, the food, and the service. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Writing this review because it reminds me of a place you and your friends can go for lunch/dinner, not break your wallet, and gossip in the corner for hours so I will be trying to eat in soon.”

“I am a coffee fanatic and always looking for the best coffee spots every place I go. I can say hands down Saint Coffee Shop is by a mile by favorite coffee spot in all of LA. Oftentimes, I find coffee shops tend to pour too much milk and drown out the espresso, but Saint’s Iced Vanilla Latte is perfect - just enough milk to balance but you can still taste how great the espresso is. The pastries are also fantastic, and I love the cinnamon roll and how fluffy and dough-y it is. I will say it is very difficult to find seating, especially on a weekend, because the place gets so busy, but even just grabbing your coffee and pastries to go is so worth it. I can’t recommend this place enough!”

“Came here on a Tuesday morning for my birthday and had the absolute best experience. Pulling up was super easy and I surprisingly had no issues finding street parking right nearby.

The service really stood out—my bartender Kingston was awesome, super attentive, and knew his stuff when it came to tequila recommendations.

As for the food, everything was perfect. I got the steak, eggs, crispy potatoes, and lobster. The steak was cooked just right and the potatoes were insanely fresh and crispy.
