“I had one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had at Shake Shack, and it was all thanks to two incredible employees (Lanai & Melissa) who went above and beyond. From the moment we walked in, they were extremely accommodating and made us feel genuinely welcome. It wasn’t just good service, it felt like they were truly attentive to our every need, almost like they were one step ahead at all times. Their timing was truly impeccable.
Their friendliness and positive energy completely elevated the atmosphere. They checked in on us regularly, made sure everything was perfect, and handled every request with a smile. It’s rare to come across that level of care and enthusiasm, especially in a fast-casual setting.
Honestly, this was the best Shake Shack experience I’ve ever had. Those two ladies set a standard that every location should strive for. I’ll definitely be coming back because of them.“

“I was craving a late night snack and decided to be healthy so I came to the subway in studio city. the gentleman that helped me his name was Oliver or Omar (I kinda forgot which one it was). He was very sweet and listened to exactly how I wanted my sandwich and I’m very picky. He was very patient, he has great customer service and I would highly recommend this subway location.“

“Came here on a Friday , and I have to say this is one of the most well kept panda express’s I have been to. Staff was very polite, the dining area was very clean and the food came out Hot and fresh. Even the wontons were hot, usually everywhere else THEYRE like not even warm. The chow mien was phenomenal. Overall a very great experience, will definitely make this my primary Panda Express from now on 😂“
