“I had one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had at Shake Shack, and it was all thanks to two incredible employees (Lanai & Melissa) who went above and beyond. From the moment we walked in, they were extremely accommodating and made us feel genuinely welcome. It wasn’t just good service, it felt like they were truly attentive to our every need, almost like they were one step ahead at all times. Their timing was truly impeccable.

Their friendliness and positive energy completely elevated the atmosphere. They checked in on us regularly, made sure everything was perfect, and handled every request with a smile. It’s rare to come across that level of care and enthusiasm, especially in a fast-casual setting.

Honestly, this was the best Shake Shack experience I’ve ever had. Those two ladies set a standard that every location should strive for. I’ll definitely be coming back because of them.“

“I got there right when it opened on a Saturday so the parking lot was wide open. It has a good amount of free parking, especially for a place on Ventura. I could see how the lot could be full when the place is really busy though.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The menu is simple, not a lot of options which is actually kinda nice. This place is trying to do a few things and do them well.

I liked the burger quite it a bit. It's a very good smash burger. The best bite was with the pickle and onion. I wish there were a couple more pickles in the burger but I still very much enjoyed the burger.

The combo comes with fries and a drink, nice to see a place doing a combo these days an not just going a la carte on everything. I liked the fries, the cook and size were spot on. I only wish they had season salt on them, that would really take it to the next level. Even if they just had season salt shakers available I'd be pumped about it. The texture of the fry is great but the season salt would give it that extra bump.

The inside is lively and colorful and the modified movie posters with their food items added in is a hilarious touch that I enjoyed seeing.

I would not skip this place if you like smash burgers. Give them a shot, it's one of the best smash burgers I've had in LA.“

“if you’re a muslim looking for halal burger in the valley, this place has it!! The workers were welcoming. Our food didn’t take that long, maybe 10-15 minutes. The burger fills you up. I got their vanilla milkshake and i have to say this one actually tastes good compared to all the other places that serve vanilla milkshakes. Inside of the place was rlly nice and aesthetically pleasing. Will def come back!“

“Hidden gem! Fresh food, huge portions, good prices. Self serve chips and salsa bar. 7 of us came after a Franklin Canyon hike. Everyone was satisfied. The breakfast burritos and meat burritos were a huge hit. French toast was mid but the pancakes looked pretty. Fresh squeezed orange juice was perfect! Plentiful free parking. Clean and organized. Very dependable Mom and Pop spot, worth supporting!“

“Phenomenal food, drinks, and service. I came for the USA/Australia World Cup game on Friday afternoon with my husband and toddler. The service was warm, drinks and food were very high quality, and it was a great experience. We are moving to the neighborhood, and I have a feeling this will be a repeat local spot.
