“Mannnnn if I could leave 10 stars I would! I tried the Curbgrill when they pulled up to Burbank Adult School and I was blown away! The bread had a soft and chewy texture and the patties were seasoned with the crispy crunchy edges you can expect from a smash burger. The cheese, onions and SAUCE took it to another level. But man, Albert and the Curbgrill, know what they are doing! And they are doing it well! The quality of the food and Albert's customer service and friendliness are just some of the reasons why I will continue coming back. Curbgrill, you got a fan in me! Burbank, you really have a GEM in your hands! If you haven't tried Curbgrill. I highly suggest you do!”
“Super clean, super delicious, super helpful...especially with gluten free. Having Celiac Disease, I have to be extremely careful when I eat. They assured me of several ways to prevent cross-contamination. Totally great experience with clean, fresh vibe. 100% recommend!”
“For a counter-service restaurant, this place is great. Staff is very friendly and the extra touch of service when they bring your food to the table/ask if you need anything else/clear your plates, makes a big difference. Have eaten here dozens of times and the food is consistently good.”
“The food was fast and tasty and it was a lot - the square buns give space for bigger patties. We were very satisfied with the meat and also the "impossible" veggie patty options, as well as with the fries and garlic mayo dip.The inside isn't very cozy, but you can also sit outside.Vegetarian options: Pretty much all meals can also be ordered as an "impossible" veggie option”
“Although the Yelp photos are 9 months to 4 years old, the place & food presentation do look like the photos. Good in door & outdoor seating and variety of breakfast & lunch choices. TV screen inside shows tennis matches.Had the grilled chicken pesto panini combo, which is individually priced. Sandwich $12.50, Fries $5.50, 12oz soda filled with ice (no refills) included, but ranch or ketchup $0.25, total with tax $20.12. The minus 1 star is for the 2 female workers who are a bit slow with producing the orders. Maybe less cellphone time. I sat for an hour and watched how fellow Armenians are treated over non-Armenians, including myself. Non Armenians are cut short in conversation, met with fake smiles, annoyed if you ask questions. I saw 2 elderly women (1 white & 1 black), and I felt they could have been treated better. Work on the personality, and you have 5 stars. I'll wait a few weeks & try again. Maybe they (possibly related) were having a bad day.”
“Visiting The Great Grill was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The menu offered a fantastic range of American classics with a modern twist. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed dining experience. I highly recommend trying their signature burger—it was hands down the best I've ever had! This restaurant truly embodies the essence of American cuisine.”
“This Bobs Big Boy was a surprise. The portions were large, the food good and the service was amazing. Best waitress I have had in years. Almost everything included a salad plus fries or fruit for a reasonable price. The iced tea was fresh brewed, just the way it should be. I wish I had taken pictures of the Chocolate shakes,a work of art. They even have a classic car night to bring back that feeling of stepping back in time. An American classic at its best.”
“Came with three friends, and had for one of us, the best meat love of his life yes for another of us, one of his favorite new places for a burger, and for two others, a repeat on their dinners as well. Family owned really kind hearted good serviceDo yourself a favor, Eat Here!”
“Tried the food for the first time since they opened and I got to say…. I wish I tried it sooner! It was delicious to say the least. It was thinly coated yet crispy with dry seasoning. The bun were fluffy and buttery and the fries were seasoned very well. We ate our food before I remember to take pics, just know you are getting a lot of food for your money. The customer service was great, both brothers were super nice ?”
“My daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter go every Tuesday night for Taco Tuesday (and occasionally on other evenings). I live in North Carolina but it’s one of the things I love about coming out to visit them. The food is great, the wait staff are wonderful and friendly (especially to my 18-month old granddaughter), and the atmosphere is incredible for what we want.”
“Out flight arrived almost an hour early and our ride was running late so we looked on Google maps for somewhere to eat and relax. We discovered "The Hut" and were very happy with our experience. The staff was friendly and the food was tasty. I got a bacon cheeseburger meal and my friend got pizza fries and a breakfast sandwich. Everything was great! Limted indoor tables but we happily sat outside. Only suggestion is: I wish there was a restroom.”
“The margarita flight was fun. It was not strong but I get why. We did have to ask a few times for a diet Coke but we were slow to pick out burgers since they had some great choices so it all balanced out. All in all it was great and we would definitely come back again!Dietary restrictions: They also had gluten free options too which is so great!!”
“Amazing sandwich, good sides too. But when we came there was no music, they were closing at 5pm and we thought the sandwiches were high quality but low quantity. So we left a bit hungry still.Carving board should come to Ventura county, lots of hungry sandwich lovers up there.”
“This 80s themed burger spot in Downtown Burbank is crowned Best Burger in Burbank for a reason. Smashed serves bodacious smashed burgers, fries, and milkshakes that you will be rocking out! What's also great is that the burger patties have a halal as well as a vegan option. My personal favorite was their smashed vegan burger as the patty is made with their own personal organic blend. Give them a visit to see why they are the best in town.”
“We went for happy hour which is M-F 2-7 as we like to eat earlier and share smaller plates. I went online and the menu looked fantastic with wings, pizzas, Brussels sprouts etc.- very diverse and extensive. Had the boneless wings and they were perfectly cooked pieces of white meat with a crispy coating- had the sweet and spicy and lemon sauce on the side. Very good. The beer battered Maui onion rings were the best in the area. Used to go to the Yardhouse for this but they changed the recipe and are no longer the go to onion ring. My wife got the chicken club sandwich and she was very pleased. We are going to return and try the pizzas especially the margarita made with fresh mozzarella and San Marzano tomato sauce. They have a fair beer on tap selection- not as large as other nearby restaurants but still pretty good. I am surprised that the pub was nearly empty given the quality of the food and the extensive selection of hard liquors. As a nice gastropub, recommend it.”
“I like this In N Out because the service is great and the food is good, but the atmosphere is just not too good. This In N Out, like any other was very packed full of people. The bathroom was decently clean, but while washing my hands a woman came out of the other stall without washing her hands at all. So please be careful because you never know who's washing their hands or not and touching things.Parking: Parking here is extremely hard. There's too many people trying to park, they also have a section blocked off for the drive-thru.”
“Good food and good company. We tried the cider, yum. We tried the tatot tots appetizer, hit the right spot with cheese, bacon, and sour cream. And the main course was the fried chicken sandwich made with a house special batter that was crispy and full of flavor. Drool worthy!! Ate faster than we could take pics!”
“This was a surprisingly good meal. This was my first time here. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The burger was cooked properly and flavorful for a fried patty. It had the taste of fresh ground beef. The onion rings were also quite good. I suggest a little BBQ sauce to go with them. The only minor disappointment was the tea although OK it was not fresh brewed. The cleanliness of the restaurant was a big plus. I will definitely be back the next time I am in the area.”
“Been coming here for a few years food is great for the price no complaints never had a problem the cashier lady is super sweet and seems to be the only nice one that works there. The cook which is an older guy who i am sure is the owner is a prick no smile nor courtesy towards his customers only ever seen him angrily look at the customers through the window always makes you feel uncomfortable a smile goes a long way!”
