Eat N Park, an Armenian owned restaurant offers a huge breakfast with some lunch additions. This place offers dishes packed with flavor, huge portions and low prices! The omelets are amazing, the Belgian waffles, strawberry crepes fantastic & the pancakes are out of this world!!! And don’t get me started on the biscuits…hands down the best I’ve ever had! My hats off to the chef for cooking comfort food that made me feel like I was at home! The hospitality is beyond amazing! The owners are extremely welcoming and serve as well. The customer service from Miguel was really great, especially considering how early it was. The order took no more than 5 minutes, and I was on my way. The burger was delicious as always, and the fries were freshly made. I will definitely be coming here more often on my way to work.”

“I rarely eat at the same spot more than once, however I visited this establishment twice in a day!
I am very picky about my sweets and I am not a mango fan, but the mango cromuffin recommended by staff was the pastry that made me return. The mango tasted unexpectedly juicy and fresh, the exterior was crisp and flakey, and the pasty cream was luscious, achieving the perfect balance of sweet versus tangy. I am certain the other pasties are as well executed as the mango.
Additionally the owner was extremely personable and gave me a complimentary pastry with my order! All desserts were aesthetically crafted and presented elegantly behind a glass case. Everything looked too good to eat!
Note: For areas of improvement, I would recommend the rest of the staff be more hospitable- for example, I came in the store and several staff stared at me and did not smile or greet me for at least 7 seconds”

The red sauce is more of a traditional Italian "Passata" tomato sauce. . . if you ever had freshly made passata, then you'd totally understand what I mean. Also their homemade Hot Italian Sausage, you can really taste the fennel seeds, and the hot pepper flakes hit you towards the end. I love how they use a natural casing to enclose EVERYTHING and gives that "snap" when biting into it. The Pizza Dough is "alive" and fermented perfectly, to allow the air bubbles to form and develop while baked. Speaking of baking, their oven temp setting is PERFECT giving that crusty outer exterior and soft pillowy crumb on the inside. Finally the order of Cannolis are NOT TO BE MISSED. . . The creamy ricotta filling is sweet and not "grainy/gritty" from the sugar. It's the perfect accomplishment to end you visit here!”

FORGET Sugarfish or any other “elevated” sushi (Sushi Roku, etc)… and please trust me on this! This is a true small business that doesn’t pay for any extra overhead marketing or corporate stuff and the savings are clearly passed right to the customer. I’ve had sushi all over California and this is the absolute standout for me! My photos are evidence of the commitment to amazing consistency in presentation. If you’re looking for a sushi place in the Valley, take this as a sign that THIS IS IT!”

“Norm's Avocado Bacon cheese burger is a must try. The bacons are not a thin sliced cheap stuff but thick and crispy with generous amount of avocado. I usually get the Double Avocado Bacon Cheese Burger. Very friendly environment. The beef patties are not frozen and have the right to be called a quarter pounder. Their breakfast burritos have been known for 40 years and have eggs, potato and cheese with different choices of meat. My favorites are bacon sausage combo and ham burrito. I always call 20 minutes ahead before pickup, because this place is always packed. Their prices are still unbelievably reasonable I don't know how they could keep the doors open.”

“It was our first time here at Bird Box and the menu had a wide variety of wing flavors, from classic buffalo to honey BBQ and even a garlic parmesan. I opted for the classic buffalo wings, and they did not disappoint. They were cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with just the right amount of heat to give them a nice kick. Now this place is our new fav spot for wings. I am very picky about my sweets and I am not a mango fan, but the mango cromuffin recommended by staff was the pastry that made me return. The mango tasted unexpectedly juicy and fresh, the exterior was crisp and flakey, and the pasty cream was luscious, achieving the perfect balance of sweet versus tangy. I am certain the other pasties are as well executed as the mango.
Additionally the owner was extremely personable and gave me a complimentary pastry with my order! All desserts were aesthetically crafted and presented elegantly behind a glass case. Everything looked too good to eat!
Note: For areas of improvement, I would recommend the rest of the staff be more hospitable- for example, I came in the store and several staff stared at me and did not smile or greet me for at least 7 seconds”

The burger was delicious as always, and the fries were freshly made. I will definitely be coming here more often on my way to work.”

The Cheese Barley Milk Tea was definitely the standout for me. The creamy cheese foam paired so well with the nutty barley tea and made every sip delicious. I also tried the Mango Green Tea, which was light, refreshing, and packed with real mango flavor. To top it off, the Coconut Mango Pomelo was the perfect tropical treat with a great mix of creamy coconut, juicy mango, and pomelo.
If you’re looking for a boba spot with unique flavors and quality ingredients, Jam Jam Tea Lab is definitely worth checking out. I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu!”

I was immediately frustrated walking in because the menu is so not helpful. No prices on it and it's incomplete. You have to look at the dozen other signs on the walls to figure out what they sell and how much some things are. So i was skeptical going in. But my God, their steak tacos are some of the best i have ever had. Such good, rich adobo-like flavor. So delicious. They really need to update their menu, especially for visitors like me who've never been to Taco Azteca before, but i will definitely eat here again next time I'm in the area, despite my frustrations with their menu”
