Eat N Park, an Armenian owned restaurant offers a huge breakfast with some lunch additions. This place offers dishes packed with flavor, huge portions and low prices! The omelets are amazing, the Belgian waffles, strawberry crepes fantastic & the pancakes are out of this world!!! And don’t get me started on the biscuits…hands down the best I’ve ever had! My hats off to the chef for cooking comfort food that made me feel like I was at home! The hospitality is beyond amazing! The owners are extremely welcoming and serve as well. They treat everyone as if you were dining in their home! From one Armenian Chef to another Shad Shad shunorhagal em! We will definitely see you again soon!”

After an amazing meal Bruce and Rene treated us to the most exquisite desserts that were truely to die for. This was the dining highlight of our US trip from Scotland and the best genuine hospitality we've experienced. Well done to all involved, wish you weren't 5000 miles away from where we live. “The perfect meal to break my daily intermittent keto fast. I eat the salad bowls, sub grilled veg for the hummus and I'm relatively carb free. Carbs from the plants but no processed or concentrated carbs from sugar, seeds or beans. Fresh flavorful ingredients, rich flavors and very satisfying. Nice self serve sauce bar with seasoned yogurt, a dill ranch and good hot sauce similar to a mild harissa. Fills me up, satisfies me and then start the timer on the next 24 hrs.”

I find comfort everytime I come here, whether it’s friendly banter with Mary, or Sushi Burritos made by Arpi. I have been to multiple 5 star restaurants in my life, but nothing even compares to this glorious establishment. Where else can you combine the three of the greatest of things in life into one small building, hot cheetos, boba, and teriyaki chicken. Can’t think of one? That’s because you’ve never been to Poki. If there was a 8th wonder of the world, is would be located right here. I used to resent this building because they replaced Yogurtland, but no more. This is the greatest experience of my life.”

“My brother invited me out for lunch to enjoy a bowl of pho, and we chose to visit Fish Dish for the first time. This was not only my first visit to the establishment, but also my very first time trying pho, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience.

I ordered the beef pho, which was served with a variety of fresh sides and garnishes that allowed me to personalize the flavors to my liking. I truly enjoyed exploring the different tastes and creating a combination that suited me, it made the experience feel both unique and memorable.

What stood out just as much as the food was the atmosphere. The ambiance inside the restaurant was calm, welcoming, and paired with genuinely friendly service that made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in.

“I came into Carl's Jr. around 3:30am for some breakfast on my way to work. I ordered a Western Bacon Cheeseburger combo, which is my favorite burger from this restaurant. The customer service from Miguel was really great, especially considering how early it was. The order took no more than 5 minutes, and I was on my way. The burger was delicious as always, and the fries were freshly made. I will definitely be coming here more often on my way to work.”

The red sauce is more of a traditional Italian "Passata" tomato sauce. . . if you ever had freshly made passata, then you'd totally understand what I mean. Also their homemade Hot Italian Sausage, you can really taste the fennel seeds, and the hot pepper flakes hit you towards the end. I love how they use a natural casing to enclose EVERYTHING and gives that "snap" when biting into it. The Pizza Dough is "alive" and fermented perfectly, to allow the air bubbles to form and develop while baked. Speaking of baking, their oven temp setting is PERFECT giving that crusty outer exterior and soft pillowy crumb on the inside. Finally the order of Cannolis are NOT TO BE MISSED. . . The creamy ricotta filling is sweet and not "grainy/gritty" from the sugar. It's the perfect accomplishment to end you visit here!”

“Norm's Avocado Bacon cheese burger is a must try. The bacons are not a thin sliced cheap stuff but thick and crispy with generous amount of avocado. I usually get the Double Avocado Bacon Cheese Burger. Very friendly environment. The beef patties are not frozen and have the right to be called a quarter pounder. Their breakfast burritos have been known for 40 years and have eggs, potato and cheese with different choices of meat. My favorites are bacon sausage combo and ham burrito. I always call 20 minutes ahead before pickup, because this place is always packed. Their prices are still unbelievably reasonable I don't know how they could keep the doors open.”

“Stopped by Jam Jam Tea Lab in Burbank and I’m so glad I did! Everything tasted fresh, and the drinks were full of flavor without being overly sweet.

The Cheese Barley Milk Tea was definitely the standout for me. The creamy cheese foam paired so well with the nutty barley tea and made every sip delicious. I also tried the Mango Green Tea, which was light, refreshing, and packed with real mango flavor. To top it off, the Coconut Mango Pomelo was the perfect tropical treat with a great mix of creamy coconut, juicy mango, and pomelo.

If you’re looking for a boba spot with unique flavors and quality ingredients, Jam Jam Tea Lab is definitely worth checking out. I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu!”

“Red chilaquilles were delicious. Green chilaquilles were okay. Bit dry. Not enough sauce. Taco de chicharon was good. Coffee tasted okay. Service was so slow even though the restaurant was about 1/4 full. Took 15 mins for the waiter to bring the coffee and tea. The food took longer. Staff was friendly. Atmosphere was nice. Prices higher than a normal Mexican restaurant. Not sure if I'd come back.”

“I was in town for work and went to Taco Azteca because of the high rating and it was open later than most of the other restaurants around my hotel. I was immediately frustrated walking in because the menu is so not helpful. No prices on it and it's incomplete. You have to look at the dozen other signs on the walls to figure out what they sell and how much some things are. So i was skeptical going in. But my God, their steak tacos are some of the best i have ever had. Such good, rich adobo-like flavor. So delicious. They really need to update their menu, especially for visitors like me who've never been to Taco Azteca before, but i will definitely eat here again next time I'm in the area, despite my frustrations with their menu”
