“After a really disappointing experience at the Studio City Jersey Mike’s, I drove 12 minutes to this location on Hollywood Way in Burbank—and let me tell you, it was like night and day.

The staff here were welcoming, professional, and on point. They greeted me with smiles, actually listened to my order, and made the sandwich with care (and the right portion size!). The place was clean, the energy was great, and it honestly restored my faith in the Jersey Mike’s brand.

“Picked up my mobile order Monday night 15min within closing for a very late dinner, and I was so appreciative of the two young men working. I noted an uncommon allergy on my order customization, and not only did they keep the ingredient out of my sub as requested, he noted he wiped the counter and changed his gloves to minimize cross-contamination as much as he could.
