“I had a really good experience at this Jersey Mike’s location in Pasadena. I decided to drive a little farther to try this location after having a terrible experience with an online order at the South Pasadena store, where my order was incomplete, one of my sandwiches was mistakenly given away, and there was no real apology or effort to fix the situation.

This Pasadena location was a refreshing change. Parking in the back near the entrance was convenient, the staff was friendly, and I was helped quickly after the customer ahead of me. Everyone seemed to work well together, my order was prepared efficiently, and the cashier was friendly and got me checked out quickly. I was also offered a bag for my sandwiches—something simple, but appreciated. Overall, a much better experience and I’ll definitely choose this location again.“

Things have gotten SO MUCH better here! There's a young lady that I believe is a manager that started there shortly after my last review (back in 2023 or so) and she is always a joy to see. The crew is much better about their mindfulness when making sandwiches. Jersey Mike's is definitely back to being one of our favorite go-tos for lunch or dinner.“
