“Today 08/7/26, Pasadena location my-experience wasn’t that great for me. I ordered a pastrami with chili and cheese. Why was the chili giving to me on the side? I’m making a drive from Inglewood, Calif. to the location in Pasadena. I was kind of disappointed in my order. she couldn’t really understand my clear English when I was telling her my order. The second pastrami I just asked for mustard and pickles, and I didn’t want it dip. Why was it dipped? Most of the time when I go to the one in Montclair, My experience be good. The Hat, is a very cleaning environment. Common courtesy, The wait time under five minutes for my food & it comes out Hot. Everything came out on time. This is the family favorite tens across the board.“

She is so pretty & friendly, I’ve been to other blazes & they make your pizza sloppy & just thrown together .. “Fresh ingredients and good food. With nobody in line when we arrived, we figured we would be helped quickly. That did not happen. The employee at the counter was busy making a to-go order, so she was fine, but two other employees and a supervisor continued to chat and do other 'busy work' instead of coming to help. The supervisor even made direct eye contact with us but kept fixing chairs that were only slightly out of place. We definitely did not feel welcome or like our business was appreciated.“

I go here with my wife 3x a week ordering 6-7 items each time and they never mess up our order, they’re never slow, and they’re always friendly. Seems trivial until you spend your hard earned money at a location with disengaged rude staff and get home and realize you’re missing half your order. “Carl's Jr is located at 1465 East Colorado Boulevard in Pasadena California. It is located near the corner of Colorado Boulevard and Hill Avenue. This location has a nice drive-thru and plenty of inside seating. It is also open 24 hours a day which is very convenient for those with crazy hours. I haven't been here in a while so I decided to go with Carl's Jr standards. I ordered the double Carl's Star, the Jalapeno Poppers, and the Waffle Fries. The staff member that took my order was very helpful and friendly. She helped me decide on exactly how each item should be prepared. After placing my order I was able to walk around the inside of the restaurant. After a short time, I was called to pick up my order. The clerk double checked to make sure that I had received everything. I like when that happens. I opened my order and enjoyed a Popper or two before I tried The Waffle Fries. Both items were fine, The Waffle Fries being the better of the two items. The Original Carl's Double Star is definitely above the average fast food burger. The burger had a great aroma as I opened the wrapper and the flavor was on point for a burger. I like that there was a good burger to bun ratio. There are a number of items other than burgers that are available on their menu. I look forward to giving them a try at a later date. Carl's Jr also has a rewards program that is worth looking into, if you are a frequent visitor. There is a large parking lot with plenty of parking. It is easy to go through the drive-thru window as well. Parking is also available on the near-by side streets. If you need a good burger at any hour of the day this is a great place to go!“

“Shoutout to the employees at Five Guys Pasadena on Lake. Just wanted to praise the employees for being the upstanding and professional people they are. Dropped my wallet full of cash there last night. Went home and didn’t realize til this morning that I didn’t have it in my pocket… Long story short, they found it in the dining area, locked it up overnight,and it was there safe and sound when I called the next morning. Praise God, and praise the young lady who found it and kept it safe. I’m certainly no influencer, but If you are in Pasadena and nearby, please consider giving them some business. And sometimes the portions for mobile orders are smaller than if you order in person. They definitely prioritize the people waiting in line. But other than that, can't complain“

“I’ve been recently new to this location, enjoying the new quality interior, I’m quite fond of this Subway staff and attention to detail of the entire working staff of employees here.

They are always welcoming and friendly towards me upon entering and assisting in making me my favorite veggie sandwich with a little to no issue present. Angel, especially has been always kind, high spirits, providing excellent customer service and with his signature smile and warm personality.

A special thank you to all of the hard working crew here at this Subway restaurant, especially Angel as you continue to make my visit delightful in such a sincerely friendly environment.

“I’ve been coming to this Jack in the Box for probably the last 8 years whenever I need something quick and easy to eat. Honestly, they do their job. 😂 It’s Jack in the Box. You’re probably not coming here expecting some life-changing culinary experience, you’re coming because you want something fast, convenient and reliable.

The food is usually pretty consistent and I’ve never had any major issues with the quality. I will say they occasionally mess up orders, sometimes pretty significantly, so I HIGHLY recommend checking your bag before leaving, especially if you’re going through the drive-thru. I’ve learned that lesson a few times over the years lol.

The employees are usually nice, helpful and friendly, and they do a pretty good job keeping the restaurant and surrounding area clean.

One thing to be aware of is that there are often unhoused people around the property. I’ve occasionally been approached while sitting in the drive-thru, so it’s just something to keep in mind, particularly if you’re coming at night or dining inside.

Overall, it’s a perfectly reliable Jack in the Box. Nothing fancy, nothing particularly amazing, but when I need something quick, I still come back. That probably says enough after 8 years. 😂“

“Stopped in to see what was new at Subway. I went later in the day and it was not that busy. I asked the staff member what was new and he gave me a few details on the new sandwiches available. The chicken, bacon, ranch was my first choice. The spicy Italian melt was my second 6-in sandwich. I liked being able to select the bread to be used. I think I will enjoy the Monterey cheddar with the CBR sub and the herb Italian with the hotshot Italian sub. I also ordered some potato chips. There was a great selection of sandwich enhancements such as tomatoes, onions, tomatoes, peppers, etc. I collected my meal and after about 5 minutes I was on my way home. I was impressed with how nice and accommodating the clerk was. There is street parking as well as a parking lot behind this location. Very convenient to PCC campus. Look forward to my next visit, and a chance to try some other items on the menu. The desserts sound good!“

I visited this location around 9:00 PM and wanted to recognize the manager on duty. I unfortunately didn't catch her name, but she demonstrated some of the best customer service I've seen in a long time.

During a challenging customer interaction, she remained calm, professional, patient, and respectful throughout. She listened carefully, acknowledged concerns, and handled the situation with a level of composure that was genuinely impressive.

As someone who works in management and regularly deals with public-facing situations, I know how difficult that can be. Her communication skills and professionalism stood out and are a credit to this location.

We placed a mobile order and chose drive-thru pickup, and everything was ready in under 5 minutes. The process was fast, convenient, and seamless ideal when you’re heading out for a day in the mountains.

The food was hot, fresh, and delicious, and the customer service was wonderful. This location is right next to the on-ramp, making it incredibly convenient and only about a 4-minute detour from our route.

Even after the drive up to Chantry Flat, our food was still warm, which made for the perfect picnic at the scenic Chantry Flat picnic tables.

The crew is much better about their mindfulness when making sandwiches. Jersey Mike's is definitely back to being one of our favorite go-tos for lunch or dinner.“
