Carl's Jr is located at 1465 East Colorado Boulevard in Pasadena California, near the corner of Colorado Boulevard and Hill Avenue. This location has a nice drive-thru and plenty of inside seating, with a large parking lot and parking on near-by side streets. It is open 24 hours a day. The food is always fantastic. The Original Carl's Double Star is definitely above the average fast food burger, with a great aroma and flavor on point for a burger. The Big Carl is like a Big Mac, but better. The limited-edition churro milkshake is fantastic. The Waffle Fries were fine, and the Jalapeno Poppers were fine as well. Breakfast is decent, and the coffee is ok. On one occasion, the staff was clearly shorthanded with two people working, but they were all smiles and super polite. Another time, an older gentleman named Jesus working at 10:25pm had excellent customer service, very sweet and helpful. The service is always fast and good. There is a rewards program worth looking into for frequent visitors.
