“I think I might have had the best casual dining service experience in years. Both front counter people were incredibly helpful this evening, just left 2 minutes ago from the time of this post. Lee was the main person that I dealt with and she just had such a positive attitude, and the way she spoke to you about genuine and helpful. She answered questions thoroughly and even provided extra information that was helpful especially around a particular Dodgers code and one other question. I noticed that when there were no customers, she would immediately go outside with a broom and dustpan to clean. The other young woman that took my payment was also great. I noticed that the kitchen staff was speaking with the front staff with good communication on what they needed and I noticed that the kitchen staff also just had a responsive attitude. I used to be a fast food manager when I was younger and I just thought this team did a really good job. Lately, I'm going into casual dining restaurants, it feels like people don't really want to work and casual dining I guess, but this definitely was a much more positive experience.

My granddaughter applied for a job, went fir tge interview, arrived with exactly 8 min before interview, stood in the line to let personnel know she was there for interview & was told that while she was in line waiting to let them know she was there for an interview the manager left because she consider it being late! “My awarding of four stars was done sometime ago. It sure wasn't a four-star experience this time. They had three employees there, two of whom were futsing around with one of the drink machines while the remaining employee tried her best to take care of everyone standing in line for sandwiches. She was rushing and rushing to try to keep the line moving, but it really was too much for one person to be expected to do. Finally, just as I got to the counter, one of the other two employees came to the sandwich counter to help. The worst thing, though, was the temperature. The restaurant was extremely hot and despite fans turning up on the very high ceiling, there was virtually no air movement. The thermostat on the wall showed 89°. It was a very uncomfortable environment for everyone, but especially the employees who were rushing around in that heat.“

“I've been to many burger spots in my life, but I've never had a burger as good as the Chef Burger from Burger Bun. I'm talking perfectly seasoned beef, and delicious (but not overpowering) burger sauce, crisp vegetables, and the brioche bun is spectacular. There's no burger in Glendale that even comes close. The wings are also some of the best I've ever had and the homemade sauces are so, so tasty. The fries are perfect, and they have amazing milkshakes too. To top it all off, the service is ridiculously good, and the prices are fair. This is my go-to spot in town.“

“This is a diner that apparently has been here for decades. A family owned restaurant for the local community. This place is the go to especially after playing golf at Whittier Narrows down the street.

My son loves this place, his go to is always the club sandwich fries included. My personal favorite is the patty melt with fries. For appetizers we love the onion rings. A heads up, if you order a large fries that's exactly what you get. Not the typical small serving but a mound of fries to share for the whole table.

It's a no frills local joint where they have regulars that always come in. These mom and pop places are what makes this country what it is, not the cookie cutter chain restaurants. Always support your local businesses.“

The pickles were delicious, and that Thousand Island dressing tied the whole burger together perfectly. And that toasted bun?! 🤌🏽🔥 Everything just worked.

The fries were also so good—nice and crispy on the outside while still soft and fluffy on the inside. Exactly how I like my fries!

“Menudo was on point. You can tell that they used the whole tripe, you also get a knee bone. This menudo didn't come out of a can that they sell at a Costco Business center. Most menudos come out of a can that they sell at Costco Business centers.

Portion size was very good for the price. Teokbokki size was huge. The service is very good .Very kind staff and customer friendly. I loved the ambience and the local Korean vedios running in the television which made me feel like I was in South Korea. The staff gave us miso soup as complimentary which I really appreciate.
