“The quality and size of the burgers improved dramatically! The delivery lady was very polite and respectful and humble in answering my questions regarding how she was paid. I didn't see the tips on the screen until later and I wanted to be sure she was paid fairly. Food much better than remembered, service was great!“

The food quality is superb... the building is spotless... compared to the one Olive and 17th down town LA which I go to often (because I go to school by there) this are complete opposites... why should two restaurants of the same chain operate so different???“
“This is the closest location to where I work so sometimes I stop by for breakfast. The line at the drive thru is sometimes out to the sidewalk but the staff is so efficient that you hardly wait, by the time you order and pay your food is literally waiting for you at the pickup window, same for counter service, I've literally waited less than a minute from the moment I order to get my food. The staff is very nice and the restaurant is well kept“
“I only come lunchtime but the manager looks like he’s doing a good job. Place is clean. Service is usually quick (yes sometimes it’s slow. It’s panda). Food is good (it’s panda, almost all are good). Specifically, chow mein noodles are not over cooked (that is one variation I’ve noticed). Parking is good. Only complaint is when it’s empty it can be cold - even in summer. But that is common at pandas not at malls. Probably bc the cool works over a jet engine“
“My awarding of four stars was done sometime ago. It sure wasn't a four-star experience this time. They had three employees there, two of whom were futsing around with one of the drink machines while the remaining employee tried her best to take care of everyone standing in line for sandwiches. She was rushing and rushing to try to keep the line moving, but it really was too much for one person to be expected to do. Finally, just as I got to the counter, one of the other two employees came to the sandwich counter to help. The worst thing, though, was the temperature. The restaurant was extremely hot and despite fans turning up on the very high ceiling, there was virtually no air movement. The thermostat on the wall showed 89°. It was a very uncomfortable environment for everyone, but especially the employees who were rushing around in that heat.“
“when using the kiosk,why does the app not automatically pay for the order they way it does when you go through the drive through?. Frustrating to have to get the app on your phone, then get directed to a cadhier to pay. what us the purpose of the Kiosk than? Cutting staff? Quicker in store time? “Kevin I was so hungry when I got into a restaurant I didn't even take pictures of the food to post on the review. Darn it but I truly enjoyed our experience. I will most definitely come back I had the chicken sandwich with fries and barbecue sauce it's quite delicious. Also like the words that you have on the wall one of them says hard house is not yesterday's burgers and Fries joints that's because it's instead of meat base it's plant-based rather than being about everyone it's anyone's for everyone. Yeah I really enjoyed it I always judge a restaurant of how clean the bathroom is bathroom is spectacularly clean I think you need a little bit more workers up here because the line got real long and the two workers you got working couldn't keep upVegetarian options: Everything on the menu is vegetarian“
“The sandwich’s are amazing with a great portion size. I highly recommend getting the lemonade it’s nice and fresh it doesn’t taste like that fake lemonade other places have. The old lady (I forgot her name) she had an amazing service and jokes. This is my opinion and it might sound stupid but she makes you feel like you’re a regular even if you don’t go often. 10/10“
