My awarding of four stars was done sometime ago. It sure wasn't a four-star experience this time. They had three employees there, two of whom were futsing around with one of the drink machines while the remaining employee tried her best to take care of everyone standing in line for sandwiches. She was rushing and rushing to try to keep the line moving, but it really was too much for one person to be expected to do. Ok, I've been to a ton of subways. I've never given any of them reviews or ratings. But I go out of my way sometimes just to come this one location because staff is very nice, hard working, and underappreciated. I appreciate their hard work and attentiveness especially from a minimum wage job where we expect so much from the staff.

Sandwich was good outside of the burnt bread. Would've liked a better choice in bread, as this is an important part of the sandwich. I'm minding my diet, so I'm leaving off a lot of delicious unhealthy ingredients, so it's important all the elements are properly prepared. Hopefully they can make up for this
